If he works for NASA (and with the way that he conducts himself), it sounds like hes hoping that someone sends him to the moon... It would probably be the first time for NASA. At the very least that guy is going to pick on the wrong person, and hes going to end up swallowing a rocket-ship. I could relate to your frustration, I went through something similar with a seller. The seller threatened me and cursed at me, simply because I asked him one question about an item. I wasnt rude, demanding, or disrespectful toward that pos. I just didnt respond back to him, even though part of me felt like ripping his head off.
Thanks for sharing your experience, it’s a good warning for other sellers to be aware of nasty buyers. Hope your case is settled in your favour by now.
Lawd have mercy. If he is that insane over $10.00, imagine what he is like over much bigger things. He is acting as if you were not going to give him a refund. People like him, need to banned from online shopping, or have a sane person order it for them.

if you have been doing this for four years and this is the first time you have run into this situation, Congratz .. lol I'm a new sub of yours, actually just made my first batch of moulding compound yesterday and it turned out great thanks heaps. but my advice would be to refund and block or drag it out by the book but don't read the messages if the first one is that toxic that way you still have them if you need them down the track. and then just go back to enjoying what you do .... the worst part of all this the energy you've wasted on something that isn't going to matter tomorrow. also I'm still cracking up at that south park joke, Looking forward to your next video

Someone threatening me on eBay and I was able to defuse the situation it was left at that, but sometimes you meet these insane buyers on eBay it makes eBay extremely toxic
I ordered two of these. The detail was much more exact than the pic shows. It's a bad pic. They didn't have any jaggedy edges at all. They looked molded black not painted. (I also bought a batter cover which was painted and wouldn't be mistaken for original.) As for not being 100% exact, well they were a 90%+ match for the original. Just different enough for me to know it's not vintage. They went on with ease and look great. I have quite a few of these transports and I didn't want to invest vintage money on parts for a worn-out vehicle. He says he has the cannons, but I've not seen any listed yet. I could do with a couple of those as well. And for anyone paranoid about repro, I use a dremel tool to mark any repro I buy (usually some kind of notch). In this case I drilled a small hole in one of the 'legs' that attach to the base.

To me, the only reason I'd give the seller an ounce to complain is while you stated you don't create repro's in the beginning you showed in your listing title "REPRO". Not sure if you noticed that 🙂but other than that, yeah some people have to be justified in all that they do especially with money. It could be $1 and they have to have it back! Sounds like he and alot of people feel they have to come off aggressively to get what they want when they could've just come to you and been upfront and honest about the issue. People can be kind and forgiving like you are with refunds and returns if they just ask. ☺
Clear cut case of intimidation which is first off against ebay policy, but also threatening you could easily be unlawful as well. Would have immediatiately put in a report to the local law enforcement as soon as messaging ebay about it, and if he felt obligated to follow through on that threat, would have responded in kind. Nobody takes kindly to fear and intimidation tactics. Dude was a total dick, and he just lost any chance of being refunded.
This guys is a nut, he has 5 feedbacks making me believe that he has been booted several times before and with a score that small why would EBay’s “upper echelons” even be bothered. I once had someone send me a beer Stein from California to North Carolina in a padded envelope I was mad and wasn’t flattering about but was at least polite and got my refund right away since it definitely did not make in one piece. Being jerk isn’t going to get you anywhere except probably booted off EBay for I’m betting the umpteenth time. I looked at your store Nice stuff btw way when I need something I’ll be buying from you
This is why you need to get off of Ebay. There are no good things about the mental buyers or corrupt sellers. Just seek other platforms to support your small business!

The only reason for 99% of sellers is for the money. Why would you give your self a headache if it wasn’t for the money.
