Would be nice if every service station would work so perfectly & precisely!
They do not & haven’t often not the right tools.
    Great Video 👍

I had a pretty good giggle around the 35min mark when he reversed the compression and rebound stacks. You can refer back to the 8-9min mark to see how he swapped these assembles. :)

@Vance Jeremy I really appreciate your reply. I found the site through google and I'm in the hacking process now.
Takes quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.

On the parts that can "explode" across the room, I used to put the assembly in a sandwich bag. Take it apart in the bag.

Can you guys do a follow up on the VQ37VHR build? I'm looking at yours as an example of how I might build my own. Thanks

On the double adjustable cartridge, does the little cup go against the widest sealing shims on the christmas tree to add preload there, or a couple shims up? It looks like the details on how the shim part of the cartridge work are a little different than what's shown in the TTX40 (for example) manuals. Incredibly nice pieces!

9:20 a sharp needle yes. but also put a bit of lube on it. so it doesn't cause any tearing, or issue with the rubber. just a little extra caution needed there! Ohlins doesn't say this. this is something I've learnt

Pictures pretty washed out, might be able to fix in editing and reupload? Would really like a closer look at the procedure and parts.

It looks like an over head light that is pretty strong and the rest of it isnt lit as much. Id like to see the tips of the tools.
