I'm trying to create the store, but with the legal info it's asking you to put in your full name and address that will be publicly visible to visitors of the store which of course is private info you don't want public. What do you do here if you don't currently have a company?

Just connected mine to my youtube, but why does it display this on my channel? Due to merchandise restrictions, your store is not displayed to viewers in Canada
I'm not sure about that. Often at set-up it may take a few days to settle in. If it does not rectify itself, I'd reach out to RUclips via the Creator Support option.
@@NickNimmin Dear Nick....Just accessed my shop on my son's google account and hit the customise tab and it does allow personal text etc to be added to a design! Something that other shops don't offer - cheers and thanks for the video it was heaps helpful.
So to make things clear, the website it the one that makes the product, for us we are like Sellers, if a person makes an order, they make and ship the product, is this even how Shopify works
For print-on-demand products, yes. You upload the design, they print it to the item when its ordered and handle the shipping. They cover the costs to them, and you get the rest as a commission. Shopify has additional options where they can fulfil physical products you have already produced and warehouse with them, but that's outside of the print-on-demand model I'm showing here.

Yes, they make it and send it. The price they sell for will depend on how much margin you want to make from the sale. You have zero up-front costs.

Technically, you can see sales notifications so you could keep track of the emails you’re getting or log in to see how many have sold.
