Hi Chris , I didn’t realise u had a neck routine until I saw the one on Friday so then I got looking and found this one , well since I’ve been struggling with a stiff neck for over a week now I thought I give it a go and boy , yes it was difficult but I actually do feel better , so I shall be doing it everyday until my neck is better , thank you sooo much , honestly I can’t believe how much ur routines have helped me , for years I had problems with my lower back and hip but since doing ur mobility routines certain movements I’m almost back to normal again , all thanks to you , I just need to work on my shoulder impingement then I’ve cracked it 🤣🤣 . This is a lovely helpful stretch. I didn’t realise how much I needed this until I started. This along with back stretch and the foot one, I found would be amazing together. I am really enjoying doing these stretches/mobility. In August I managed 25 stretches/mobility plus the extra Tuesdays. I feel so much better. Now to continue in September. Thank you Chris.xx
Hi Chris, Thank you! Please consider putting together a low / mid / upper back stretching, foam roller, & strengthening routine. All of the women in my family shrink over time starting in the mid to upper back. I’ve been able to avoid that fate so far by working out, being hyper-conscious of my posture, and strengthening, but I would love to see what you recommend for a focused back routine. I’m sure you’ll want to mix in some core. Your workouts have been a gift to me, especially for the last year. I can’t believe the quality of the videos you put out on RUclips for everyone. I pray for blessings for you and all the others out there trying to make themselves and this world a better place by sharing your gifts.

I do this blissful stretch weekly and I cannot tell you how much stress and tension it releases. My neck and upper shoulders feel soooooo much better doing this one consistently. I often use a heat neck wrap fir a few minutes before doing this one as Chris suggests. It makes ALL the difference. This stretch is such a lifesaver as I carry all my stress in my neck and shoulder area. Thanks, Chris!!!! I love it more every time I do it!

You have to promote the mobility classes. I know instructors that don't like to work on flexibility just as much as students. I have a disk issue in my next from my sports and will wake up with headaches...this class and others may make me think about stretching when I wake up to counter the issues. Good one. Need to make sure others understand this is great, even more as you get older. Okay 4 classes from you today.

This was really great! I’m one of those in front of a computer for 8 hours a day. That, being on my phone, and residual issues from breast cancer reconstructive surgery have messed with my neck and shoulders. I need to incorporate this daily. And, it’s kind of nice to slow down for 20 minutes. Thank you!🙏🥰

Chris this was a much needed stretch today for the neck and shoulders. I liked how yoy kept it simple but effective. My wife did the stretchs as well and she liked it. It was her first time doing one if your sessions 👍
Loved this. Definitely needed it. Didn’t realize how tight one side was more than the other when I did the collarbone stretch. I couldn’t even see the corner when looking right but could turn all the way looking left.
Bad reception where I am on vacation right now. Haven’t been able to do classes. Though I did find a way to get online this morning. Saving this video so I have it ready. Crashed in a side by side in the sand dunes and tweaked my neck. So stiff. Remembered this video and it helped. Will continue to see if progress is made with this and some other upper body movements

So I have a quick question after doing this (which felt great ) my shoulder that was real tight feels a little soar. Like muscle soar that good right? Just wasn’t sure if anyone else felt that way.
