Your skill and craftsmanship is excellent.
I have been living in travato 59K for six years, through historic weather events.
Getting in and out of my van, covered in mud, snow or rain is very simple.
Enter through the rear, onto shower pan, remove and hang up wet clothes to dry.
(Also has dedicated fan and heat)
The only all weather floor pla?n in existence.!?! It’s hard to believe!
All other vans; what do people do in bad weather?
I have been in a van for a total of 11 years full-time. I will be in my van long after this fad goes away.
(I did convert my toilet to be like yours.
Stainless steel salad bowl with plastic bag and cat litter… fits perfectly.
Makes waste management much easier.)

Wonderful looking van as always. I have a couple of questions. I noticed that you don't have rear side windows that vent in your vans. I see that you have a vent in the sliding door as well as a ceiling fan in the front. Would a rear vent create additional air flow on those nights that you don't use the AC?
If you have the blackout shades up, how effective is the airflow with one ceiling fan since the side vent is covered by the shade?
Can you use the dometic AC in fan only mode for air circulation? That is, the Dometic unit is blowing air and the front ceiling fan is sucking the air out.
Have you ever made a van without a shower?
We have done t-vent windows in the rear on a few vans - it's up to what the client picks. The Dometic AC unit can work in fan mode yes.
And yes, we have done 2 vans without showers and we are building another one now.

Absolutely! I'm always curious why the rear doors and sliding door do not get covered with the same material as the walls. It seems unfinished to my eye. Sara & Alex, is this something that the client requested to be left stock?
I'm fine with not having the door covered. Brings in beautiful color.
