@Florinda_5 A truffle is basically just a ganache, which is chocolate melted and mixed with cream. When it cools, it thickens and becomes soft and creamy. There is also brigadeiro which is a Brazilian type truffle. I think that is what she may be attempting here but hers looks tough and chewy, nothing like what a truffle should look like.
