All is ok. The meridians are on both side of your body
Could somebody tell me what is she saying while tapping, please?
While she taps each point, she is stating the issue that she is trying to resolve through tapping. In her example she’s trying to release stress in her lungs, to make it easier to breathe. So when she taps each location, she simply states “the stress in my lungs”. She shows the different points to tap, while saying this simple statement.

Ehat is sterss in my loungth
That might be tension in the muscles in your chest. Just follow and feel the difference before and after. Then it might be easer to feel.
