I joined tcs in December 2021 and they have allocated a project in SAP in basis team. Now they are moving me to backup team. Will I get any knowledge or not

I asked my manager and supervisor for domain change but I'm interested in another domain but i don't have certification on that domain my manager forcing with out release when I ask for release he said i will connect to hr? Suggestions pls
Wait for sometime or you ask about time, if he was not doing anything to you then You connect with HR
Hi Mam, I have allocated for IS support project from past 4 months. I want release from this project because my domain is developement but still in this project only supporting work are going on. Please suggest me valid reason by which I can take easily release from this project.

Is it easy work or not. Iam currently in development and i find this difficult.but i need some relaxation now, which project should i join can i join support tickets projects i want non technical role which doesn't have any work pressure. Just timely login and log out. I have 4.3 years experience in previous company as associate non technical role. Suggest some role which can be sone by regular person who don't know about technology. Or any fresher

Don't work make fake health issues said u can't work, weekly 2 to 3 usl due to your health issues. Try this way 2 to 3 month's.

Hi sister, I was allocated to project citi group one month back,but still they didn't assign any work to me, I'm daily simply filling timesheet.what can I do now?i approached supervisor but they are not responding in teams and tcs mail.
Same for me, iam allocate citi project june 6th but still I didn't get call or mail from their side.
don't worry, it is quite common for almost all projects they will assign whenever they require .

@@mohanravipalli3904 actual TCS hates who is parallely doing the job that like what u r doing(called moonlightning) currently and it is strictly not entertained among most of the IT mnc's though some startups are ok with it.Better upskill and strengthening urself on whatever love for instead of being in TCS that will lead u as a preferred choice for IT companies that u apply for.

Check with your supervisor regarding the same.

I am already on medical leave bcz of health issues, my manager and higher authorities are aware of this. Do i still need to convince them, if i want a release?or a dropping a mail would do?
If u are for long, they may agree u for a release.

Hi, as u said I am allocated to a SAP Project but with my consent with ina 2 week period I got another opportunity to work on power bi which I am most interested to work in .so in this case can I ask them for a release ?will they agree on it? And moreover I got my relocation just because of this project and manager approved it . could you please suggest me how to go on this
