I'm allocated to a project from past 1.5 months. But no tasks has been assigned to me. I'm filling hours daily in non billlable. What should I do?
do we get Quarterly performance pay if we are under RMG?
I got release letter sep 1 till now there is no project call... My doj is july 21.... I hear that 90% of my batch are unallocated... Why we don't allocate in any project....????🥺

How to get released from a project
Confirmed a project recently and my profile was locked my manager. Approved the request too.. Didn't get allocated yet. But another project has sent locking request now without my consent. Is it possible for 2 projects to lock our profile?
I am premapped in aws and they change my unit into the egg unit any reason to change and we change our unit ad my intrest
MBU unit is my IOU and I am allocated one or two days each month so I am unallocated/,on bench or not

I am also tagged to BFSI, and I'm allocated to a project. But I didn't got any work. So I asked her and she told me that she have forwarded my Profile for other projects if there will be requirement then they will call me.
But I got bored sitting like these. I want a project with some work.

@@sujithkmenon9150 there is an email id. You just email to the from you tcs account, that u are unallocated.
So after that you will keep on getting calls for the project interviews.
I am getting calls from last week, and after getting fed up with the calls. I said yes for one project. Bcz.. They were calling continously, and made a life hell.
On every 5 mins getting calls from different different projects .. And giving interviews for 45 mins on each calls.
Its good if you get one project which suits you, then just say yes and get allocated. Else you will also get fed up with their calls

For project we can mail to our friends manager for project as we are interested in that project?
