Brother i can understand your situation but I will won't suggest you to leave that job and come to IT field directly..... If you really wanna do it then complete the data science course and work as free Lancer or in any start-up as a part-time (which don't have pf policy).... So if you are comfortable then you can have a good life in IT field.... If not then your govt job will also be safe

Brother for first year you will get minimum of 20percent hike bro and after that from second year you will get 8% if you got A band 5% if B and 3% if you get C band..... More ever don't be with tcs for long time...... Just enjoy hikes till 2 years then after two years leave that's all you will get good hike with tcs experience

Brother no benefit once you started working then your experience is not added...... As you now provided in the starting itself and moreover if you provide also your salary will won't be increased as it is already given In your offer letter...you agreed to that salary and joined
For any companies minimum experience required is 2years, but sometime they hire 1year experience too based on requirement but not less than that. 8months exp will be considered as fresher only

Don't worry bro they will batch you once rescheduled guys will get joining date again with new batch of reschedulers...... It takes 2 month's also some times
Brother just upload all the documents in BGC and submit the BGC with the documents it is allowing you to upload so it will increase your chances of getting joining letter soon

Hey I have 2 questions, I am allocated and working in offshore Hyderabad project but my TCS location is Pune. So if offices reopens so which location they will ask me to join Pune or Hyderabad? How to apply for SEZ Card?
If your project is in both places Hyderabad and Pune then you might work from anywhere you like or in whatever city u r...... But if not then I think you need to move to Hyderabad (if your project belongs toh high risk projects like banking or armed forces related...).... We can't say directly yaar only your manager can answer this question....we can only guess... Sez card can be collected from your working location once you start working from office.... Once you go to sez unit they will take your photo and print on spot.... If not sometimes they will be already kept ready printed
@@CHOWHANEDUTECH Yes! it is in both location means hyd and pune people works in it. It is not high risk I work in support like project. I got mails of rights access from Pune but no call out yet to office it might take July end time as you said.
We only need only two members from each project to work from office...... But in June end it will go to 5 from each project then after July we will get 100% work from office if everything goes fine.... And you can ask your manager to work in the city where you are staying now
Noo photos should be taken inside any part of tcs premises that's tcs rule and sometimes we celebrate 🥳 any thing that too it's manager permission is required to click photos as per tcs rules 🤣😅

Some projects work during the weekends as well. As in, few people will always be on shift even during weekends. In such case, weekly off might not be on Saturday and Sunday but on any other day of the week depending on the rotation plan.
Abhi toh work from home hai aur hybrid model 3+2 work from office and home dono.... But I don't think that will work out atlast everyone needs to come to office

1. Food card upto 3000 per Month is tax exempt. You can setup the amount as per your need in BoB 2. You will get an Hdfc or icici food card that can be used in cafeteria.

Yes brother it will effect your job if you not cleared your exams...... But they will won't cancel your offer letter but they will reschedule your joining dates...... And if you joined tcs in final semester and you were working and writing final semester exams then if you fail also they will give you certain time to clear your arrear
You can work with a backlog for 6 months (untill next supply exams) only if you joined before your final semester....... If you completed your exams then you need to clear the backlogs before joining

Brother just try to get one Bonafide and addendum from your college and join tcs on joining date so once you are in then you can manage if you get any backlogs also..... Rule is they will wait for one sem to clear backlog while you working

I am allocated and working in offshore Hyderabad project but my TCS location is Pune. So if offices reopens so which location they will ask me to join Pune or Hyderabad?
How to apply for SEZ Card?
If your project is in both places Hyderabad and Pune then you might work from anywhere you like or in whatever city u r...... But if not then I think you need to move to Hyderabad (if your project belongs toh high risk projects like banking or armed forces related...).... We can't say directly yaar only your manager can answer this question....we can only guess...
Sez card can be collected from your working location once you start working from office.... Once you go to sez unit they will take your photo and print on spot.... If not sometimes they will be already kept ready printed
@@CHOWHANEDUTECH Yes! it is in both location means hyd and pune people works in it. It is not high risk I work in support like project. I got mails of rights access from Pune but no call out yet to office it might take July end time as you said.
We only need only two members from each project to work from office...... But in June end it will go to 5 from each project then after July we will get 100% work from office if everything goes fine.... And you can ask your manager to work in the city where you are staying now

We will get forced to work on weekends for some projects it's not voluntary..... If you refused to work they will remind you the interview questions to which you said yes.... It will take maximum 30 working days so wait till that if you won't get then email tcs asking the status and check your NEXTSTEP portal frequently

No worries brother in TCS you can take salary without working for 11 months and more..... But keep doing courses in ievlove and frescoplay and don't forget to remind your RMG about the project everyday

Some projects work during the weekends as well. As in, few people will always be on shift even during weekends. In such case, weekly off might not be on Saturday and Sunday but on any other day of the week depending on the rotation plan.

My friends all rapidly learning technologies. I'm in story mode and they are in sport mod. I badly regret joining tcs .

They will provide cab and bus on the shift days.... They are not going to provide any bus or train charges when you reallocate..... That's all we should done by own

You are getting 500 added in salary for food card..... If you take food card then they will give 500 rupees values of sudexo coupons.....
1. Food card upto 3000 per Month is tax exempt. You can setup the amount as per your need in BoB
2. You will get an Hdfc or icici food card that can be used in cafeteria.

Please ask your lead about work in detail before you join...... And if you are in ITIS then that's work will be Technical support

Yes brother it will effect your job if you not cleared your exams...... But they will won't cancel your offer letter but they will reschedule your joining dates...... And if you joined tcs in final semester and you were working and writing final semester exams then if you fail also they will give you certain time to clear your arrear

You can work with a backlog for 6 months (untill next supply exams) only if you joined before your final semester....... If you completed your exams then you need to clear the backlogs before joining
