Hi Viren , I joined tcs as a fresher. Completed 1 year in this june. In july my 1 year in project will be completed. Can I now ask for release? I mean is there any such rule that a fresher need to spend this much time in a project for getting release?
Bhai mujhe asthama hai bachpan se or mai ek support project mai hu jisme first shift second and night shifts hoti hai (10pm to 7:30am) joh meri health pe bahot effect karri hai or project bahot toxic hota jara hai kya mai medical reasons mai apne asthama ke baare mai batau toh chances hai release milne ka with all proofs?
Bro, I'm pre diabetic and having severe issues as I'm in rotational shift day and night both and yes it is affecting my health. I have completed just 1.5 month in project and they dont have any dependency on me yet. So is their any chance of release? If yes what all documents can i mention?
If i ask for release and stop working for 1 month and i have b band in last apprisal will i get pip in tcs??

No , not necessary depends on project to project. I have seen people leaving project within year...
