Yes you could! I just don’t have the time everyday and prefer to just batch do it but you can totally do this everyday if you prefer
Requesting a review right away can also feel like 'tella marketing' vibe. Especially if it is for a craft project that takes days or weeks to complete.
Loving your videos. Learned about you when you were on with Cassie Johnson. My problem is the review window doesn’t open until so long after the product arrives. My customer received in the 19th but Etsy won’t let her leave a review until the 29th. As a new seller I really want to get my reviews showing. Can this review window open be adjusted? Thanks in advance.
Hi! its actually an etsy bug right now. Theyre SUPPOSED to be able to review the minute it shows delivered, but lately it hasnt been letting them until much later and ive been told etsy is working to fix it. I noticed some of my newer sales started being ok but older ones are making them wait to review
Also did you need to respond if a customer responds thank you or something like have a great weekend? I try my best to be the last person to respond, but sometimes they make additional comments such as the ones I mentioned.
if it needs an answer then I’ll say you too, but I don’t always. Only the first message counts for the seller badge anyway
