Hi. Love your videos! I have a couple of questions. 1. Do you have a video explaining in detail SEO and titling and keywords? Like I have no idea what a long trail word is! 2. When putting a product up, do you recommend individual listings for different colours all with their individual mock ups, or putting all colours in one listing? What sells better? I understand the paradox of choice so will only have a few colour options for each. Thank you!
Hey Kristina, I have a weird question. New Etsy seller here, have only sold 8 shirts. But one shirt the customer said was not printed centered and she needed a new one sent out and delivered in 6 days. She sent a picture, it looked centered to me, but after checking with Printify, blah, blah, blah, I refunded her money and let her keep the shirt. Because I want a satisfied customer (I heard her and tried to resolve her issue), but it made me wonder if I should beef up my refund policy. I feel like I did the right thing so it is not an issue of that. My refund policy is the very generic one Etsy offers, but how restrictive should my policy be? Can you give a good sample of one?
Funny you made this video today. Great advice. My store has been opened 2 months next week. 1 sale to date. I asked a few people in a group of new etsy sellers I belong to take a look over at my store and was told my store front looks amateurish. Incomplete. I'm spending time this week updating the store front, about me section etc. I'm receiving lots of Favorites but no sales. I'm thinking the store appearance is part of it. Anyway, have a good one.
Thank you for the comment! Was that sale organic? See if you can get a few friends to leave some reviews for you :) but yes, I wouldnt buy from a store that looks incomplete! Its very important people trust you and without any sales, thats the only thing they can see that helps them make their decision. Good luck updating and can't wait to hear how it goes for you!
@@c.u.online I sold 3 tees 3 days after your comment. I have watched your other videos and added sweatshirts. I also tried 11oz. mugs. So far this week, I've sold 11 sweaters, 14 mugs and 1 tee. All organic. I think I found that ONE design people want bc most of my sales are that design. Thank you so much for your channel. It's a trip going from borderline depression and doubt to excitement and sending thank you emails. 😊
@@luciangarcia2373 OMG congrats. And you just added sweatshirts and had 11 sales?! thats incredible and I am so happy to hear that! Keep making more similar designs to your top seller and within the same niche if its working for you! I have that too, most sales are from just a few designs. Thank you so much for telling me!
Just a reminder, customers can't leave a review until a month after their order date. I don't know if this can be changed? I didn't know that and sent someone a message asking for a review and they obviously couldn't leave one. Fortunately for me, did they come back a month later and left me a really nice 5 star review. But just a heads up.
Hi Jessica! You can get it here :) stan.store/CUOnline/CUOnline_store/page/18941 (Not sure if links are allowed on YT, if it doesnt work you can find it in the link on my TikTok account)
Yes! More reviews build up more trust, which I noticed brought up my conversion rate. So typical conversion rates are lower for the newer stores but then it climbs
To put up 50 listings a day you probably need some automation. To do that manually would take like 8 hours...and that's without spending time designing, fulfilling orders, researching, etc.
You dont need 50 a day, just a goal to get to fifty at minimum. I definitely don’t get 50 up a day. But also the upside is you should have 0 time fulfilling any orders. I teach print on demand so it’s all automated :)
I'm really curious about why you never share a link to your store. All of your content is about how amazingly your store is doing, why not share a link to it so that others can see what kind of products you offer and how you have everything set up?
1. people copy- a LOT. I shared when i first started teaching and then ALL of my things were copied. 2. Sending all my followers to my Etsy store just to view it would ruin my conversion rate which would cause ALL of my etsy rankings to tank and Etsy would rank me lower. No etsy teacher out there will show you their store to protect it!
@@c.u.online Thank YOU. You're really inspiring me. Just opened my shop a month ago, zero sales and barely any views, and now I'm overhauling it thanks to your advice. Here's hoping it helps 🤞

Hahahahaha yes that is the word I was looking for 😂
Hello, thank you for the information, did you post the link on your store somewhere?
I love these videos, they've been extremely helpful!

Once their order says delivered they can leave a review! It’s based on their tracking and if it doesn’t have tracking then they wait a month
Is there a private Facebook group?
Great video! New Subscriber!
Thanks for the sub!
Thank you for the amazing content@@c.u.online! As a content creator myself, I know how much work goes into creating valuable content.
Great tips. Two months and nada. How I do request a store audit from you?

(Not sure if links are allowed on YT, if it doesnt work you can find it in the link on my TikTok account)
Do you duplicate your listings and if so, do you do it through etsy or printify/printful?
I do! If you use printify you can do it in etsy which makes duplicating easier. If you use printful you have to do it in printful
Do you see an uptick in conversion rate as sales and reviews add up?
Yes! More reviews build up more trust, which I noticed brought up my conversion rate. So typical conversion rates are lower for the newer stores but then it climbs
Exponential.
I had 10 listings now in my Etsy shop, no sale yet(
Just keep listing! I got my first sale after like 5 weeks with 50 listings. You're on the right track. :)

Is there anyone who's interested in purchasing some reall cool and amazing products??? DM me
Great video. If I gave you my shop name can you please look at it and tell me how to improve it? It would make my day. I sell 3D Printed Products
If I could make a video on this yes! If not, then I offer Etsy audits in the links in my bio :)
@C.U.Online Yes of course you can. It won't let me type the shop name. It keeps disappearing. Look in my YT about section for my name
When would the video be out?
