Gave me the same vibes as watching Tiago win every round by just popping onto or over the highest stuff he could find in the plaza. The two switch manny’s weren’t nearly as dirty as Tiago was the entire competition

Great to see Cody in this contest! Yes, he is one of the best flatground skaters on Earth but his abilities go beyond that.
I haven’t seen Cody skate street in a long time. He’s pretty good and has clean style.
Just classic flatground specialist board control which carries over to ledge and mannies but seems to be unwilling to jump down stuff and not good at it
bro that switch heel was pretty huge and just because he took a letter on that kickflip doesn't mean he's not capable or not "good at it". dude is really solid for a "flat ground specialist"@@stayontrack
@@humanbean3 Yea not bad for sure these dudes are pros of course they can do it all to some extent, but not his specialty. Everyone's gonna play to their strengths so his next opponent can exploit this by spamming flips down stuff

Great idea except for the baby picnic table. Like, the entire point is to skate this new legendary playground and you make them use this table that could be literally anywhere instead of the special terrain. I don't get it.
During the last king of MACBA they made them do at least one trick on the table. Not sure why.
In previous years it was because the sponsor's branding was on the table. Now there seems to be no reason 😅

Flatground/manny shouldn't be allowed, it gets as boring as a regular skate game. Props to Caro he ripped!
I personally like it when they go from doing nollie nose heelflip to like a nollie hardflip on flat. They still need to alternate obstacles so I see no problem with it personally
also refusing to attempt is whack, just try the kickflip man

@@terickson7933ofc there shouldn’t be such rule. He knows what he’s capable of, there are always certain tricks that you just don’t perform perfectly and attempting such a trick might cause a completely unnecessary trauma
