Good work presenter and i think you should also know that Nyaga is also the kikuyu name for snow.so mount kenya is kirinyaga not because of the ostrich but the snow on top it differenciates it from kirima mbogo nyandarua and the rest of moutains and hills surrounding kikuyu nation

Correction the Mt. Kirinyaga was called Kirinyaga since it is topped by Nyaga (Snow topped). Not Nyaga the ostrich.

All creation stories belong to certain communities. If you say Kikuyus explanation about their origin then even the Jewish story about their origin is a myth. Kufanana kwa lugha doesn't necessarily mean we're the same. Ata rangi ya ngozi za Waafrika zinafanana and we should have a common origin as all blacks na hio haiko. That tells you were not necessarily from same origin whether we resemble each other in terms of skin color or language.
