How to replace Volvo injector cups on a 12 liter Part#2 Volvo 2007 and older

This is a short version of how to replace injector cups in head on or off engine is the same process. If one is seized ,you have to remove head to get old one out.This is on a volvo 12 liter engine use tool by KTC Vol1516 a 4 piece kit

In my opinion, the d12 and the d13 I think were made to be put in European trucks like the cab over, everything is backward all the gears are in the back under the dog house and they made the dog house a chore to get out.

The tool comes in a kit known as K.T.C. vol1516 sleeve remover /installer. I will see if I can a some pics of it

What are the signals in the engine to do cup replacement?

A mixing of anti-freeze and fuel, a misfiring injector, the radiator reservoir swells up due to pressure from fuel, and fuel can also lose its prime

do you use any type of sealant on the bottom on the cup or just clean the surface nice and install it clean?
