Ex car thief here, go with Grandads recommendations. A thief looking to just take the easiest vehicle will never bother with a car with steering wheel locks etc. That being said...if your car is the specific one they want then they will make every effort to get it, so use a hidden after-market immobiliser. Even a hidden switch wired-up by an auto-electrician will work fantastically
