- I saw this RZ Mask advertised on Instagram and it peaked my interested so I ordered one. This is my review of it after some testing, I like it. I'm using it when sanding mostly and I can remove it without taking off my headphones and safety glasses.
I like I can take it on and off with out having to remove my safety glasses and headphones.

anything that doesnt fog glasses is a winner for me

i just returned my RZ M2 same this but mesh it rubbed my nose raw when looking up and down. But you bought the neopreane one . That one is for cold weather use id image you got sweaty

arent the filters really expensive? I need something like this but where the filter change rate isnt so high or the filters are cheaper because i dont make a whole lot of money.
I really hope you are filming the chambered wooden board process. I'm doing a chambered longboard right now. Would love to see some step by step on your build.
Ok, i feel your pain about not wanting to take off the headphones to put on the mask.. BUT, couldn't you put the mask on first.. BEFORE putting on the headphones.. ???

Filters down to 0.1 micron? Don’t you mean 2.5 microns? A HEPA filter only goes down to 0.3 microns. Most of those filters are rated at PM2.5
Will it work on viruses?
These stink and don’t actually filter particulates to bare minimum N95 ratings. I know it’s hard because of the virus and supply and demand, but when things return to normal, get a 3M half mask respirator with P100 cartridges and you’ll see the difference. As to the part apart the fogging of the welding glass, you can purchase the 7502 respirator that shunts the exhaled air downward thus eliminating any sort of condensation buildup.

RZ sucks, it blocks about 50%, it could be really perfected

OMG the horror of having to remove headphones to put on a respirator or dust mask. Ever think to put them on first- before the headphones ?
It gets annoying when you have to do it multiple times a day. Nobody said it was hard or impossible. The RZ masks are good for my soil and concrete testing job.

The mask has vents on the front which have no filter over them. You literally breath in all the dust through those holes. I do drywall for a living, and let me tell you “that thing is a piece of garbage.” Do not buy that piece of shit mask. You’d be better off with a respirator, or a 3m paper mask.
