I have the same boat and want to install this for scalloping season. I’d love to see the installation video if you have it. If not…please provide the materials used in the installation. Thanks!
I was initially worried about that as well, but I can say after using it for over a year there have been zero issues. I went with four bolts for my installation and the load is very well dispersed across a large surface area.
Sorry I have since sold the boat, but I would tell you to mark out the locations with painters tape above where you plan to drill and spend 4x the time on lining everything up from the top, then actually drilling.
Yes, not the hardest task but you have to find the alignment so you don’t penetrate the hull, along with the drill size used, bolt size, ladder, and loc tite. Not overly complex but wish someone would have made a video before I dove into this project. Always nice to see how someone else does it prior to doing it yourself in my opinion.
I wish I could, but I am not an Amazon affiliate at this time. I went on Amazon and searched for a four step ladder and bought the first one that popped up.

Does it flex with a adult using it?
Solid as a rock, I'm 6'5" and weigh 225lbs. No issues with it.
So basically you have to drill holes in the swim platform?

Hey nice job, do you have a Part No. or Link that I can order the same one you have please!!
I got it off Amazon. Here's a link to the one I ordered: www.amazon.com/dp/B082CPWN1N?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
@DIYBuildouts can you send the link? Won't let me take it from here. Thanks
does it ever flip over while driving? Seems like it'd be nice to have a little clip to clock it down
It doesn’t move at all. It doesn’t bounce through waves or flip. There’s just enough natural tension in the ladders design it’s great.
@@cameronarrowood6074 you’re gonna love it. It’s been a game changer for the family when swimming.
Just wanna make sure it's sturdy prior to getting one
