Bhajia, a Fijian Indian dish filled with spice and bursts of flavor in every bite. its a veggie fritter that would be loved by all. For those who don't like it too spicy, other than salt, every thing else can be lesser to add on. 1 try and I guarantee, you will never look at pakora again. lol
