I'm building my first car (EG) from the ground up and this video is the best one I've seen on doing this. Thank you. I'll be doing this, following your DIY on it.
Hi great video. I tried to do the right side first, on my integra 94, but apparently something went wrong. Now the cluster's lights don't turn on. Any advise? Happy new year! By the way.
is the 2 plugs on the driverside the same as all headlight harness?? i picked up a new harness and both end plugs are big on my new harness but my plugs on the firewall is the same as your .. one big plug and one small 2 wire plug
Great video Mark!! Is it possible to do this without removing the headlight and fenders? Trying to avoid any possible damage , and the potential of them not lining up again. Thanks again!!
My first eg hatchback I bought had a tuck done like this from the previous owner. I had issues with a blinker so I took the fender off. The guy failed to secure the harness well enough and part of the harness had worn away on the tire. As simple as this is I can't believe someone would half ass it.
when I did my wire tuck I found out u can use the original zip clips that click in the little holes again. just cut them off,pop them out, then cut the zip tie part off and slide in a new zip tie(use black for stealth) threw the hole. and their u go, u can zip up the wires n stick back into any little hole to hold the wires in place.
easier then I thought it would have been . I think I would have taken it a step further and sleeved all the wires . also I think the a grommet where you passed the wires through would have been a great idea and probably. only cost a few bucks
I just did my 89 crx I pulled everything into the car and ran through speaker wire holes there is literally no visible wires anywhere I have soldering to do tomorrow extending 12 wires each side
hi tell me do have to go aftermarket on upper control arm on the ek to adjust my camber because I just can't get my one wheels camber set and its chewing my tyre.
you'd have to get an aftermarket camber arm to adjust, but if you get a proper alignment and fix your toe it, camber angle should be fine.... unless your stupid low or somethings bent.
The eg and del sol headlight harnesses are annoying lol. So far I've had to depin every individual plug to get them through the hole. Someone put dielectric grease all over my fuse box plugs so I can't grip them enough to get them out😆
I know this video is 5 years old, but I'm having an issue with my hatch having the two wire connector same as yours, the grey one. Well on a harness I pulled from a sedan and my sedan also have a different connector there. Has 5 wires. What is going on here lol
Dude this is awesome stuff just to much background music goin on just leave it commentary only... Seems like u do clean work unlike some hacks ... Keep up w the vids man good work
the lengths of detail you go through for your viewers is cool thanks for the info really like your videos
You make me realize if I ever loose an arm I can still work on my car. lol
For anybody needing split-loom you can get 6 feet of black, or white for $1 at dollar tree. Also best tucking video on youtube on HSG! Great job.
I commented on the other tuck video, but thanks again for doing them both. These are the best tuck videos I've found on RUclips
Someone did the worst tuck in history on my car, this helps make sense of what they tried to do so now I can fix it. Thanks!

vaccuum hose split halfway can be put on the edge of those holes like a grommet to keep thewires from rubbing

Allot of Honda mods are done by people who don't really strive for function.
often don't

Would this same process work on eg?
