- Easy pistachio cake recipe step by step. We will prepare a biscuit with pistachio paste, which can be purchased both in a pastry shop and made independently at home.
Ingredients:
eggs - 4 pcs
sugar - 110 g
pistachio paste - 50 g
milk - 40 ml
vegetable oil, odorless - 50 ml
wheat flour 120 g
baking powder - 1 sachet (8 g)
food coloring optional
How to make pistachio biscuit:
1. Beat egg white and sugar.
2. In a separate bowl, mix pistachio paste, egg yolk, milk, vegetable oil, green food coloring. Blend everything with an immersion blender until smooth. Combine with whipped egg whites. Mix.
3. Add wheat flour and baking powder. Mix gently with a spatula.
4. Pour the dough into the mold, do not lubricate the walls of the mold with anything. Form diameter 18 cm.
5. Bake a pistachio biscuit in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes at 160 C.
6. Remove the biscuit from the oven, let cool for 15 minutes. Take the biscuit out of the mold. For a perfect cut, you can put it in the refrigerator overnight.
