I had many issues with RRR and they portrayed brits as bad but it was tamed. That's fine. But there were a lot of bad Indians as well. It's not like all Indians were good and fighting for freedom. There were many traitors among Indians as well. But they just showed every Indians as nice victims. It's fictional but we need to acknowledge the evil systems that existed back then in India especially the horrendous caste system. The same thing brits were doing to the Indians was done by Indians on other Indians based on their caste. And for a long time and its still going on in many places.
You are not well informed. The caste system was never Indian. Just like the British many other European countries invaded India, one of them was Portugal and the word caste is derived from the Portuguese word ‘casta’. In the Manusmriti, it is being mentioned about the Varnas, which varna you belong to is decided by the deeds you do not by your birth, a Brahmin can become a shudra and a shudra can become a Brahmin and this has happened in Vishnupurana. The caste system as we know it today is the result of the wrong translation of Manusmriti, it was translated into English in 1776, by British philologist Sir William Jones. The original which is written in Sanskrit doesn’t even mention ‘castes’

Waiting for some film maker to make a whole web series on atrocities committed by British and bravery of revolutionaries in different parts of India. Believe me it will run into a 10 part series.
I think we start talking about the British, we can go on and on about how much the British have looted many countries like India in the name of development and progress. Mind you, before the British stepped in to India, it was already one of the largest economies in the world at that time. With or without the British, India would have grown over time. Having said that, yes if you compared to the Japanese the British were better & eventually let india have it's independence. So yeah, RRR definitely displayed more of their bad side despite being partly fictitious in it's storyline itself. And like Jaby said, the British of the now are not the British of the past. I still didn't get that 'Raj against the machine' joke ☹️
@@agrophile2095 Search Rage against machine
@@agrophile2095 rage against the Machine is a rock band
That's what I said
@@agrophile2095 and the word jen-nay is reference to Forest Gump
Sardar Udham the most real portray of British Empire.
I had no idea this movie existed until I saw this Honest Trailer. Now it's one of my favorites of the year. So much fun.
Seriously cannot comprehend how anyone can defend colonialism, it’s like defending slavery or nazism.
People who haven't watched RRR dont know what they've missed..it was so amazing
joby start editing after 12 bottle beer drinking 🤣🤣
I liked it soo much, I want one on Bahubali
That was a dope intro!!
Hollywood: Can't pull off anime adaptations.
Tollywood: Unintentionally being anime.
If more American channels get to experience Indian cinema, that would be amazing. Its an untapped market. Could you imagine Pitch meeting for Indian content!!
It happened
Siraichalai/Kaalapani is a good film set in the British raj era. It stars Mohanlal and other great actors. If you guys get the chance you must watch it.
The Railways were given to India to Transport Loot from India that includes previous stones , Priceless Artifacts and Natural Resources. Also Indians were taxed for their own oppression so Basically Indians paid for those trains.
The thing about Railways is, the East India company build it just to take out raw materials from parts of India to different ports. It wasn't even available to the general public. You watched a video of "Tharur describing all these in Oxford University".
Lovely intro. You're a good man Jaby. 👍🏻
WE CAN SEE YOUR HONEST REACTION LOVE You GUYS❣❣
Jaby you must react to music of the maestro Ilayaraja , he deserves all the awards in the world but he composed at a time when there was no social media. Just like the famous eastern European composers Ilayaraja is one of the greatest Indians composers
THE INTROO!!! IS LITTTT
That was a good video 😄
And 10:30 Achara should say there were some good British people(not present day are evil ;btw i like the Queen) , most are evil at that time till Hitler slaps them hard and Gandhi kick them out.
And Rarararararrararara
“Atleast they build railroads”
Yeah to make raw material & resources transport easier for themselves. And increase the quantity of loot.
Plssss Upload Darlings part 2 quickly 😍😍🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Now Jaby is used to flickering candle😋 hehe! But I always notice that candle
When tabby had given this disclaimer that if anybody is interested in the debate between achara and him about englishmen that was hilarious 😂😂😂
They Should do Desi Trailers for Indian movies
Love the new intro , make it longer 😅
RAJ AGAINST THE MACHINE is the name of India's biggest metal band post social media, Bloodywood's documentary about their first international tour in Europe. Do check it out and their huge hit songs 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🤘🤘🤘💣💣💣

Hope you guys see Madrasipatnam. It has good set design, sound track
5:26 Sadly, there are a LOT of colonial apologists out there. They start pointing out India's flaws to deflect the blame. Twitter has plenty of these clowns
RRR is 🔥 🌊
VIN DIESEL when heard about Dancing
"I've got some Family Thing"
Happy rakshabandhan Jaby and Syntell.
I really hope Brahmastra makes it big not only in INDIAN cinemas but also across the globe. I hope that story of the movie to be good coz till now the hype is big and real and it needs to go bigger. And also lets see how Disney distributes our movie across the globe. I am looking upto you guys how you all react to it...
And also watch the deva deva song it shows how Shiva is acknowledging his powers with a beautiful music and voice of arijit sir.
Won't happen

Literally something from the store😆
ACHARA IS THE ONLY BRITISH WHO WE LOVE AND SHE RULE OUR HEART❤️
By the way l like Tom Holland, Benedict Cumberbatch, Tom Hiddleston and Tom Hardy also.
@@Status_videos824 yea coz they are artist...we love their work, their art, beyond boundaries....but not those British who take pride in their history coz by doing this they unconsciously or may be consciously take themselves as superior to everyone which is actually what White supremacist theory is all about...and it's still relevant...had not India been what it is today they would have made sure that our history is moulded by them
@@gurucool_upsc650 Get over it. Same old lyric
Lol don't say 'we' and 'our'.
The Brits dont even know their colonial history. You can get an A level history qualification in Britain and not know a thing about the history. You can see interviews of Brits and thry are PROUD of their history
React to goodachari adivi sesh movie it's a spy thriller
Good argument Jaby.. 👍✌️
Which song was playing at 05:32 ?
Even in the 1970s there was a sketch on Monty Python’s Flying Circus where a ‘colored’ man was electrical shocked by a TV remote to get him change the channel.
Guys it's ok to laugh and comment on cringey things.. we all know how much you guys are holding on to not offend Indians 😂
Yeah, he has pissed multiple people off, so he speaks carefully now 😂
Actually i would prefer unfiltered jabs
Could you please make a video of the movies you believe are the best from your introduction to Indian cinema?
Achara defending british is always uncomfortable for us.
Wow i am amused .. Wondering what did i see 😀 its something new !

😱 Brits didn't rule china then howcome they have trains 😱😳😳
Yess .. how they ..🙀🙀... I think there must be alien connection with China that's why they have railway... Oh my god🙀🙀
People are scared to make fun of Indian movie or anything in general because Indians Easley get offended
But they don't hesitate say anything towards others food culture...
Waiting for some film maker to make a whole web series on atrocities committed by British and bravery of revolutionaries in different parts of India. Believe me it will run into a 10 part series.
The jen - nay took me out. Forrest Gump reference
At same time It's important to learn from the past so that things like that don't repeat in the now.
HIStory remember?
That was fun!
Also, didn't recognize that actor from Indian Jones, which series I have watched multiple times! Good catch!
