This has been the most detailed demonstration I have ever experienced in RUclips. Thank you
Very good tutorial! Your teaching method is very professional and encouraging for amateur mechanics. Also, the placement of the camera while removing and installing the parts is extremely helpful. If you are not a professional instructor you should consider being one. Hope you do many more videos.
Great video. Suggestion for anyone watching. Don't take the bottom radiator hose off as the first step. Wait until you take the bumper off, it will be much easier. And if you're like me, thinking you might be able to get the radiator out with taking the entire bumper off, you can't.
Great suggestion...thanks need to replace mine soon
Thanks for the detailed video i will be getting my hands dirty on this job, shop tried to charge me over $1500 in labor 👎
This video was really helpful. I looked at a few others but it was not as good as this. Thank you for posting this, it made the job simple and understandable
Thanks much .I'm servicing my mom's GMC acadia.radiator great job
Just did it in 2.5, and all i had to pull was the grill support. 😁
Appreciate the vid. Excellent info for shade tree crowd like myself.
Great video, replacing mine this weekend
Bro, can you tell me if its true that in traverse models is normal when temp indicator go up of the middle? In my case in traffic o slow ride it pass the middle 210°, but in highway or parking it comes down to the middle please help, the coolant system its good no leaks, fans works, temp sensor its new
How different is this from the 2011 Buick Enclave in terms of steps taken to accomplish? They seem to be relatively similar in build
Not much
Kind of wish you showed the special tool for the transmission line clips. Not a single auto parts dealer even know what that is.
Would this work for a 2017?
I have a question. My traction stability control light come on when i step on the break and it jerk. How can fix that? I changed the spark plug, PCV, cleaned the throttle and also I changed the brake pedal position sensor.. please help me.
You ever fix it?
Good job Sir. Shop time by GM is probably 45 minutes. This is probably not wanted by techs that work for shop rate.
6.7 hours
Waaaaaaay to much to do to change this radiator way too much.
It self bleeding the air when it cools down and gets hot.
thanks
Oh this is hilarious....the whole car is built around the radiator?
Now I know why some mook put stopleak in it.
This whole line of GM SUVs was produced in the interests of GM dealer service departments, not the consumer.....Holy crap.
Its a damn shame a fella has to remove this much stuff to get a freakin radiator out. I can pull the rads on my civic and f150 in 15 minutes and only remove the radiator.
Why is this a 700-1000 job at a shop. It takes an hour.
I hope that these tools are available in Iraq
