How would day to day life be for older expats in Nairobi from the US and Canada compared to Accra and Abidjan, especially for medical services, amenities, conveniences available without alot of driving (i.e. locally or with Uber)??

If only the government (if at all we have one) could keep pace with the private sector's exemplary work, then we could challenge Johanesburg for that title. Cities like Luanda and Addis are also worthy competitors.

Sarit has nothing to do with luxury shopping centres, in fact it is a shame in terms of internal decoration and conveniencies. The nearby Westgate mall is much better and modern.
