The Kenyans are getting real good at this housing thing. The workmanship is very good. Paint and everything else meticulously applied. If only they could also get good at outside greenspaces and good landscaping.

Do they come with the furniture? How much do they go for monthly if one opts for rentals for each size ... But I can't see any designated laundry area😥
All the Designs of the 3 Units are excellent , except one of the bathroom room of one of the Unit which has it shower 🚿 fix where the window 🪟 is please never fix shower where the window 🪟 of the Shower 🚿 is ,try to avoid 💦💦 water drops💧💧 ,and stain, after All neat Designs 👌
If needed id live like rich w/ ss there if i needed too $300 would cover all rent,utilities& food!!! I bet if you really see you&Ricky maybe should invest there!! We couldnt afford here!!
