No brother you haven't solved the real issue, by default apps will just installed from Microsoft so if anyone wants to install other app like from dell web then tgey need to change the the Microsoft recommendation option which will showed when you double click then change the option to anywhere after setting that just install that's it.
Enabling the service was what fixed my issue!

It did not work for me. Even after services Dell client management services were enabled.

Dell Support Assistant download failed and asked to configure proxy settings. Please guide me to reinstall.
I dont have Dell clients in my services :O how can i fix this ?
