Sir, My laptop is now fine as I contacted the DELL TECHNICAL SUPPORT and they helped me to fix it.
Sir you have specified HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432 to be deleted at 3:35 .
Kindly re-edit it to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\PC-Doctor
As deleting the whole folder of WOW6432Node deletes all the important window files and our PC/Laptop will stop working.
Then to fix this problem we will have to re-install windows on our PC/Laptop.
This was a small mistake but would've caused very big trouble if my Laptop wouldn't have been on warranty.
Hope it helps and that wouldn't happen with someones' PC/Laptop again...

I recently downloaded Dell Precision Optimiser (DPO) and later on installed it through the control panel but when I try to delete the Dell folder it shows it is running in DPO System Maintenance Service but no application related to this is present in the entire PC

Go to task manager and check any service is running named DPO
