When you spent 20 minutes fighting the electro hypostatis with four characters and multiple boosts and this guy killed all 3 in less than 10 minutes....
I like using kaeya, xiangling, and a bow user to fight the electro hypostasis. I use the bow user to shoot from far away, and kaeya and xiangling's ults and abilities destroy the crystals really quickly.
i'd like to put a correction and some additional notes. 1. to finish electro hypostasis final phase, you need to deal elemental damage that is not electro (for some reason, in my testing, hydro doesnt work as well). if you somehow can deal elemental damage with your basic atk, that works too. i also forgot to test cryo because kaeya was in expedition. 2. in geo hypostasis section, you mention to not bother with attacking the pillars because the boss can summon them again. well yes, but you have to note that if you do destroy a pillar that the boss is hovering on, you interrupt their attack sequence, and you get a huge window to attack. pillars are easily destroyed with claymore and/or geo, regardless of character level. 3. during "pillar beam x5", the boss will hover above a pillar, and summon a yellow cube nearby. if said cube is destroyed, it will summon a shield that will protect you through the entire phase of that attack, giving you a huge window to destroy the nearby pillar, which can lead to a huge window to attack the boss. the cubes are easily destroyed with claymore and/or geo, regardless of character level. 4. during "geo bullets", if you hug the pillar below the boss, the projectile will deal damage to the pillar instead, which can help you destroy it, leading to another huge window once again. great guide tho! much luv
For Electro Hypostatis final phase, yes Kaeya's ice works to deal damages, because I keep using his or Xiangling Elemental Burst to finish it in one go...
Correction on number one, you can use hydro. I haven't try barbara yet but i did try using XingQiu skill. His elemental skill did no effect, but his sword did (when you do basic attack it will also inflict wet to the enemy, much the same as barbara) and it worked. Albeit it's a really bad one because it will consume the swords (3 with no constel 1) and the cd is 20 sec
Lets slap holy water on their faces (Me who uses barbara as a healer, who has mappa mare, great elemental mastery and i use her as wet status applyer switching to fischl and summon ozvaldo)
This man is really just out here beating all three Hypostasis with a lvl. 40 Barbara on top of getting no hits and still keeps humble and straight to the point, wow.
Kaeya’s Ult works just as well as long as you can get them all real quick. That’s how I got PRISM achievement. So far I’ve only fused Xiangling and Kaeya’s Ult without much difficulty, they both did dmg to the prisms
That'd be true for me because I have Klee, otherwise it's just the fastest, while anemo would be the easiest if you're fast to react, and geo the easiest if you know what you're doing

You’re supposed to collect the green orbs using the wind currents after the tornado attack. These prevent it from collecting it to deal the massive shockwave damage
When the anemo cube summons multiple anemo orbs when he's at half health, if you collect the wind orbs, he won't do the giant aoe anemo attack because he has to consume those anemo orbs to power that attack. Of course, you can also just ignore it in the video and just run out of the aoe
Im glad someone has pointed this out. Not worrying about the orbs until the final stage might be detrimental to players who aren't used to spacing of the boss's attacks and they can risk the Boss starting over from square one. In time it probably won't matter as much, but for those struggling to do consistent damage for a while, it doesn't hurt to learn how to disarm the AoE attack.
This is a really important point. I have just tried this with my Barbera and it takes me about 4 or 5 attack cycles to do the same damage this guy does in one... and that's a massive time difference. It took me about 20 minutes to do the Geo one last night after watching this and that makes these battles as tedious as hell. I generally don't do any boss battles because they're just boring time-eaters.
Just tried it, and I think Barbara is the key that put me over the top. Oh sure, I'm still gonna experiment with other characters, but I know that if they fail...Babs is in the lineup just waiting to be called in.

I don't see anyone mentioning it so, for the electro boss, when ot traps you imside the pillars, you don't always have to dodge them. If you bring a claymore user(a sword user or polearm is fine too but claymore is more efficient) and go next to one of the pillars you can break it. Just make sure to dodge the incoming lighting strikes from within the pillars. Also, I do believe once you get outside the pillar trap, the boss will still be vulnerable for a while so it's a good chance to deal some damage

I didn't realize you can just step into and melee the electro cube during the beam attack! Always thought its a DoT area or smth Btw an easier method to dodge the wave spinner is to fight a bit close to a pillar and just hide behind it, or use geo traveller E.
geo traveler E is the free option, although if you managed to get venti his skill is much better than the traveler because he can also deal quite a lot of damage to the boss itself due to him using bows, although with the anemograna bottle being added in 1.1 you can just go to musk reef and yoink some of those suckers before fighting it
For the “wave spinner” attack on the electro hypostasis ( 5:30 ), I usually go behind one of the pillars that border the arena, as it saves me having to dodge anything.
Thanks for the guide! Also, IDK if you plan on updating or making new guides for these bosses, but I think some stuff might've changed after patch 1.1 or at higher world levels. I'm fighting the Geo cube at world level 3 (so it's level 62) and it almost never exposes itself. It's always on top of the pillars, making it almost necessary to break the pillars in order to attack the core. Otherwise, I spent about 20 mins chipping away at it with Barbara and Fischl.
the geo boss actually respawns the pillars only when he recovers. but if you destroy all pillars before knocking out the boss it won`t respawn the pillars until you knock it down. this makes the fight easier as you can hit him more easily and he will act like normally like the other cubes. preventing him from using his shock wave attack thing because all its pillars are destroyed. and even if it recovers from being knocked down and respawns the pillars. it`ll won`t matter since in the second wave of pillars it`s hp is low enough to get knocked down again leaving you destroying the last pillar.
Neat trick about the electro hypostasis: you can destroy the pillars that traps you in a cage. A good way to avoid getting trapped is wait for the 1st pillar to drop and go the opposite of where it’s going rather than trying to outrun it.

Thank you for making this! I managed to kill geo hypo using a bowman but that took way too long, so was wondering if I should have aimed for the pillars. Glad to know that I’m not doing it wrong by going for the boss directly.
For the electro cube, i just use amber while standing on a broken pillar(?) 4:57 (that white thingy behind) Because apparently they cant get out from the circle but your attacks can so.. Those who are afraid of getting close to it can climb and shoot from afar
everytime i get to the part where the electro boss does the aoe with the wave, i called it dance floor for some reason, i just wonder what other people call each phase

The names of the Cubes are the names of Hebrew letters: Aleph-א, Beth-ב, Gimel-ג, Dalet-ד, He-ה Those are the first five letters in Hebrew, and then there is "Ayin" which is the 16th letter.
There's actually a 3rd method for that "Wave Spinner" of Electro Hypostatis and that is to cheese it with Geo MC. Stand on the rock, done. It requires you to bring Geo MC though so you won't have it unlocked if you never go to Liyue yet (or because you want to keep an Anemo char with you).

Those F2P-friendly guides are amazing, especially how collected and precise they are at showing you how to read the bosses and predicting what to do. I just ran a Cryo and a Pyro Regisvine (just started aiming for more battle pass XP) using your tips and my characters (I have a few gacha rewards) and it worked like a charm. I feel way more confident in my ability to run bosses now that I've studied your explanations and that I know how to use my characters better. Thank you for these awesome guiudes.
You can two-shot each of the electro prisms with Amber's charge attacks. She can solo the electro boss pretty easy. For the geo hypostasis, if you break the pillars while the boss is on them, you get a nice amount of time to hit it for free with melee units. While waiting for it to do attacks, I usually prep all of the pillars by hitting them until they are low with Noelle. Then you just wait for it to teleport to a pillar that is low and break the pillar to down it.

I tried the geo stasis after the update yesterday and he never does his slam attack for me so he's never in melee range. Can you let me know if you are seeing the same thing if you'd tried him since the update? Thanks
Experienced the same thing just now, fight took over 10 minutes because he never did the melee attacks and he's always on top of a pillar and the core is only exposed for a very short time after his attacks.
@@griffisu9400 Glad to hear I wasn't the only one who noticed this! Maybe is intentional, as now it requires you to actually break the pillars along the way. Best method I found was to hang as close to pillar boss is hovering over, and after his ranged attack, run up and destroy pillar with a claymore. Then you get a little time to damage the boss and repeat. Wasn't too terrible, but still slower than when he did his melee slam.
I just fought it today after watching this vid days ago, and I was so confused. Did they change how geo cube fights... I waited for like 2 minutes and it never goes away from the pillar so there's no way to melee attack it
@@irinavs I believe they did change it as I stated above. They probably want you to have to attack the pillars throughout the fight now. Just wait for the ranged attack to finish, run up and destroy the pillar under the boss. You get a few seconds to hit him after that. Not sure why TSoul222 hasn't responded to this yet - maybe he doesn't read his comments after some time passes. Maybe if he sees this he'll make a new video on it.
Sometimes I feel like peoples objective is to play the game as little as posible. Like a lot of advice is "Get all the good rare shit so that everything dies in two hits". Like I get it. This game is grindy as fuck but more advice about the actual control and skill in the game is apreciated.

The electro hypostases is the easiest (saying from personal experience) All i need is my yanfei and then it doesn't matter what level the hypostases is, I can defeat it in under 2 minutes
For the anemo one when it does the circle thing I got right up to it use xianling (sorry if I spelt that wrong I forgot how to spell it) to get fire and then shock it with razor

I've found out that Chongyun's E ability can take out all three prisms at once if you're right in the center for the electro one.

@@pyxidis1632 He's three levels above the boss with Debate Club, no special artifacts, so should be easy to do.

Electro hypostasis is actually the easiest of all three.
In my opinion, anemo is just because you don’t have to deal with hard to dodge attacks (like the one where it does the floor electricity)

try using xiangling's ult + switch to amber + baron bunny + charged arrows

For the geo boss, as u progress higher world level, it will not be coming down to atk. It will only stay at their tower to atk

A lot of people don’t seem to know that you have i-frames on initial dash so you can dodge and stay closer to keep attacking
some people know but not confident enough to perform it

It's always on top of the pillars, making it almost necessary to break the pillars in order to attack the core. Otherwise, I spent about 20 mins chipping away at it with Barbara and Fischl.
the geo boss actually respawns the pillars only when he recovers. but if you destroy all pillars before knocking out the boss it won`t respawn the pillars until you knock it down. this makes the fight easier as you can hit him more easily and he will act like normally like the other cubes. preventing him from using his shock wave attack thing because all its pillars are destroyed. and even if it recovers from being knocked down and respawns the pillars. it`ll won`t matter since in the second wave of pillars it`s hp is low enough to get knocked down again leaving you destroying the last pillar.

Neat trick about the electro hypostasis: you can destroy the pillars that traps you in a cage. A good way to avoid getting trapped is wait for the 1st pillar to drop and go the opposite of where it’s going rather than trying to outrun it.

For the electro cube, i just use amber while standing on a broken pillar(?) 4:57 (that white thingy behind) Because apparently they cant get out from the circle but your attacks can so.. Those who are afraid of getting close to it can climb and shoot from afar
If you are using a bow when the geo cube uses the ring attack you have a chance to aim punish it before you have to dash

There's actually a 3rd method for that "Wave Spinner" of Electro Hypostatis and that is to cheese it with Geo MC. Stand on the rock, done. It requires you to bring Geo MC though so you won't have it unlocked if you never go to Liyue yet (or because you want to keep an Anemo char with you).

I just ran a Cryo and a Pyro Regisvine (just started aiming for more battle pass XP) using your tips and my characters (I have a few gacha rewards) and it worked like a charm.

BTW, you can also use Amber's charge attack to deal with the electro boss crystals. You have just enough time to shoot all three in one go.

You can two-shot each of the electro prisms with Amber's charge attacks. She can solo the electro boss pretty easy. For the geo hypostasis, if you break the pillars while the boss is on them, you get a nice amount of time to hit it for free with melee units. While waiting for it to do attacks, I usually prep all of the pillars by hitting them until they are low with Noelle. Then you just wait for it to teleport to a pillar that is low and break the pillar to down it.

I tried the geo stasis after the update yesterday and he never does his slam attack for me so he's never in melee range. Can you let me know if you are seeing the same thing if you'd tried him since the update? Thanks
Experienced the same thing just now, fight took over 10 minutes because he never did the melee attacks and he's always on top of a pillar and the core is only exposed for a very short time after his attacks.
@@griffisu9400 Glad to hear I wasn't the only one who noticed this! Maybe is intentional, as now it requires you to actually break the pillars along the way. Best method I found was to hang as close to pillar boss is hovering over, and after his ranged attack, run up and destroy pillar with a claymore. Then you get a little time to damage the boss and repeat. Wasn't too terrible, but still slower than when he did his melee slam.
I just fought it today after watching this vid days ago, and I was so confused. Did they change how geo cube fights... I waited for like 2 minutes and it never goes away from the pillar so there's no way to melee attack it
@@irinavs I believe they did change it as I stated above. They probably want you to have to attack the pillars throughout the fight now. Just wait for the ranged attack to finish, run up and destroy the pillar under the boss. You get a few seconds to hit him after that. Not sure why TSoul222 hasn't responded to this yet - maybe he doesn't read his comments after some time passes. Maybe if he sees this he'll make a new video on it.
You can destroy the ELECTRO PRISON using Claymore (Beidou, Diluc, Noelle, etc).
Took me 45 mins to kill the electric one when my characters were level 18 hahahaha

These Bosses remind me of Ramiel from Evangelion 1.11 and I love it.
Sometimes I feel like peoples objective is to play the game as little as posible. Like a lot of advice is "Get all the good rare shit so that everything dies in two hits". Like I get it. This game is grindy as fuck but more advice about the actual control and skill in the game is apreciated.
THIS HELPED ME SO MUCH 😭 for someone who uses a laggy device, it’s hard to know how to dodge these attacks when your device lags the attack a lot!

The Regesvinges, and Electro Hypostasis I've learned to just MERK. This one just keeps kicking my a**. This and Oceanid. I'm trying to be patient and all. I know I'll get it. But after like two-dozen tries, I just can't seem to get the timing correctly 😢
5:19 i find this attack super hard because not only is the attack hard to dodge,but my game starts to lag as heck,adding even MORE difficulty to it.
Since you can change to geo power the easiest it's electro, just make the shield when you can

The electro hypostases is the easiest (saying from personal experience)
All i need is my yanfei and then it doesn't matter what level the hypostases is, I can defeat it in under 2 minutes

For the anemo one when it does the circle thing I got right up to it use xianling (sorry if I spelt that wrong I forgot how to spell it) to get fire and then shock it with razor

I wasted so much time trying to win against that boss😩 I had no idea before watching this video how to stop it from healing itself and it kept on healing like that when it was about to die
