- This week we build up this ultimate fun bike! A mix between slopestyle, enduro, trail and dirt jump mountain bikes to create the funnest bike ever! Capable of tricks and shredding trails, this NS define 140 2021 is built up with SR Suntour forks and suspension, Spank vibrocore, Kenda Tyres and Shimano XTR parts... See how we get on building it then take it out for a first test!

A lot of people don’t have super fast rough trails near them so these smaller, shorter travel 27.5” bikes are a lot more fun on less gnarley terrain.

So sick!!! Built my own slopeduro over the summer and it’s probably become my favorite bike as well of the fleet

I did the quick release seat clamp idea on my jump bike, as I have to cycle a few miles to my local spot, made plodding along on the pavement/bridle ways much much easier, game changer for me 🤘🏻

I've been riding a 26" dirt jumper with gears on trails and it's actually a lot of fun. I think with a dropper they're actually really good for tight turn flow trails as they're easier to throw around.
dropper with the lever at the seat would be rad for this.
Unless you bump it midair and the post extends.

I've been considering downsizing because I'm between sizes anyway and lugging a giant bike around is a hassle. But after seeing Matt nearly destroy his ankle, and given my thiccness and lack of skill, I think I'll leave this trend to the pro's and just enjoy from the sidelines.

If you use a 1&1/2 inch PVC pipe with a coupler you can push the crown race on the steer tube with even pressure. Makes the job so much easier for cheap

@@MrMaxx._. you didn’t get what I mean,I mean a bike you can tailwhip and barspin like who the fuck will use lower travel in Rampage they would be dead.For sure anyone will go singlecrown and route their front brakes on steerer tube but those guys who don’t do Slopestyle on Rampage I feel like they stay with their DH Forks

Slopeduros for the win. Its how ive built my sc nomad. Sam you got any tips on how to get the xtrs working better, mine have enough initial bite but dont grab enough and only just lock up if i pull hard. Anything to help would be appreciated 🙌🏼
Same thing just happened to mine after I went from my original Shimano pads to Miles Braking pads 😑. I'd would try swapping your pads to see if that changes anything.

Gorgeous bike Sam 😀 Wouldn't it work better with the rear brake and the shifter on the same side?
It would but us U.K. guys run our rear brake on the left and you can’t get left hand 11 speed shifters I don’t think!
@@SamReynolds26 I'm in the UK too and am about to swap the cables to the levers over so that the the rear brake is on the right. I'm hoping this is easier to get used to than I fear 😅

Park bike definitely Single speed if you going uphill maybe a BMX gear ratio or just go with 7 speed and the best ever I seen is putting the shifter on a cutted handlebar and making a bracket that can bolt on you frame bottlecage mount so it’s like a shifter on a bottlecage position so it doesn’t bother you on spinning it
