Some older road bikes had the shimano 600 series drivetrain with thumb shifters that mounted to the top or downtube of your road bike. Nothing but tension and knowing your bike to tell what gear youre in. Some wicked shit

Most of these guys seem to run their seats quite high, you guys got any tips on seat height on jump bikes?
The reason they run the seats high is for clamping the seat while doing no handers and barspins, otherwise the bike would just float away while doing tricks
