Really enjoyed the video. I would really appreciate it if you did a 'new mechanics' video for each new waves of ffg games. Like for the last wave of x wing you could talk about reload, bullseye arc, and maybe the new bomb mechanic.
so i got bored and decided if i am going to print X-Wing stuff, boxes and command trays i would at least try the game, umm hooked, just watched your Learn to play and loved it, so thorough and well explaned, i cant wait for the Raid Tokens to shake up the Meta in armada, i think it will make Hondo a little more valuable as you could potentially get 2 ships raid free, and for 2 points its now a must have in my fleets going forward, nice take on the influence Raid tokens will have in the Meta
David Holt I remember Slicer Tooling Yavaris in a mirror match, right after our squadron fight started. What a huge swing. So I see Raid token similarly-when they work they can be huge, even if they aren’t used in most games.
Looks like they got raid tokens about right. They can be a serious inconvenience when they force you to discard a dial, but can be prevented from crippling a ship in one simply by camping a command token (eg. Squadron Command with a Quasar).
I do not see raid tokens as a major deal. Yes, losing a command dial is a hinderance, but unless you make a gimmick fleet that focuses on raiding parties, they will have little impact on the meta. Especially next to Raddus bombing.
IMO they made raid tokens too weak. It supposed to be game changer but now it is just weak addon. MG Fighters from awesome are now barely worth to care about. Getting rid of raid tokens by spending command token killed it I guess.
I'm offended that the Imperial RAIDER class corvette has no way of placing raid tokens.
Not much of Raider now, is it?

Great explanation. Looking forward to see what else they release that uses raid tokens.
I'm very glad that raid tokens can be dealt with easily, and that they probably won't be a huge game changer.
Really enjoy the videos. I’m trying to get into the game, so they help a lot.
I think a well timed raid token could turn the tide of a game. Can’t wait to try them out.

Thx for the review. Iam looking forward to see the raids for myselve.
So ready to have this wave in hand!
Can you do a top list for the squadrons for each team? Like what you did for the capital ships
Will you do a build for a good rebel raiding party with raddus and do a bat rep?
Does Raymus Antilles function as a counter to raid tokens?
The raid tokens could be prepping for something to team up. It's introducing a new idea better to buff than to nerf I think.
I still think the raid tokens is a nice addition not to complicated either.
I agree that raid tokens are not going to be too popular but we will still see a lot of them at first just because the're new and different
I feel like the Rebel side of wave 7 made out a lot better than the Empire.
❤️thanks

I don't see them having a huge impact overall, just kind of a stopgap for certain situations.
Given how easy it is to get rid of raid tokens, IMHO Jyn Erso is basicly worthless.
She can also get you a victory token, so she's not just a 1 trick pony.
How often do ships carry objective tokens, though? There are only 3 objectives that involve that - VIP, Blockade Run and Opening Salvo.

Maybe im bout to unsub because you upload so much and i get hype cuz i think its an iddubz or sea of thieves vid.
