- There are many tools you can get for Cricut crafting, but you do NOT need all of them. In fact, I think there are just seven essential tools that all Cricut crafters should have for getting the best cuts and beautiful results! So let's go over each one, along with some hacks for what you can do if you don't have that tool yet or can't find yours for whatever reason! Stay tuned to the end, when I'll share the tool I think is the MOST useful.
WHERE TO GET THE TOOLS (contains my affiliate links):
* Brayer - amzn.to/3sVaHsv
* Scraper - amzn.to/3ypKao6
* Spatula - amzn.to/3ypKao6

Jennifer, it is always exciting to conquer or overcome a fear. I am so glad that you overcame your fear of being in front of a camera. You are so talented and beautiful. Think of all we would have missed if you had let that fear Overtake you! So glad you are so generous and loving. Thank you! ~~kay~~
Yes! Thank you!
Awesome, Jennifer, I found that I was picking up scrapers of different sizes, too. I have the larger one as well.
You ALWAYS have great techniques!
Thank you!
I love the large scraper. Thank you!
Jennifer and all of her elves are just so amazing. ❤🫶🏼❤
Just finished a sublimation on a wood project for the first time. Used Polyacrylic on jumbo paperclips. Only a little paper stuck but I was able to get it off (after I took the photo).
Hi I am so excited to be able to watch you today, Watching for Winnie, TX
Those snowman’s are super adorable. I can’t wait to make them all. Thank you Jennifer ❤

Love the dash lines and how to align them!
I don’t have a brayer so I use a bakers roller (pastry rolling pin), it works great! 😂
Happy New Year, Thank you and your team for all you do
Happy New year! 😃
I always learn something new from your videos. Thank you
I, too had a couple fears to conquer. I avoided the color red. I always wanted to learn to sew at age 70 so I took some classes. One of my first project was making an apron. And red is a great color for you!
~~kay~~
Thanks so much for the tip about using alcohol to clean my self-healing mat. I've used baby wipes in the past and they did all right, but now my mat looks almost new after cleaning it with alcohol!
I like tge paper one even better than tge glass. TY
Instead of duplicating the lines individually after you have two of the where you want them duplicate those making 4 then duplicate those making 8 and so on. You could start by doing it in groups of 3 or whatever. It saves a little bit of time.
So excited to watch this video. Wasn't able to watch live.😥
Congratulations to the Winners!
I am happy to see you! How are you feeling!
A nut pick will work well for the vinyl And paper too
jennifer...i got an; message from what appears to be you(???) asking me to contact her on Telegram. That didnt sound right to me. Did you contact me or is this that scammer your always telling us about?
Loved the video! Could you please show how to change the blade in the Cricut cutting knife? You are so right--the cutting knife is the best on the market!
You can request that here. jennifermaker.com/projectrequests/
Good ideas. and some very amazing tips.
I have only used my spatula once to pick up tags from my mat after cut them out with my CRICUT.
I use it for lifting delicate card stock to prevent it from ripping.
Jennifer you are a natural in front of the camera🎉
Love love your tutorials.
Love the wonderful craft idea, sometimes frustrated because in small town Canada we can't always get the great supplies or same deals
I always like anything christmas
Oh yes. Share the apron pattern. ❤️
Thank you
hello from Louisiana....!
Congratulations Ladies
How do you clean the glue off the scraper - I get a lot of glue from the 4 card mat
Good afternoon, what are we going to learn about today. Can't wait to find out. EVERBODY READY! LET'S GET STARTED. Of course, when it's time. LOL
Scoring stylus ALWAYS tears my cardstock. I don't know what else to try to fix that. I had to buy the wheel.
I want to make them all
Hi Jennifer, does the shimmer vinyl needs a special blade. I have a hard time cutting and weeding it. I am just a beginner, so that might be the problem 🙂
Here is the cutting guide from Cricut. Doing a test cut first and choosing more pressure will help for a cleaner cut. help.cricut.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009504773-Which-materials-can-I-cut-with-my-Cricut-Explore-and-Cricut-Maker-machine-#explore-air-2
How hard do you press

Jennifer, What would you recommend as a starting point (in tools) for a 72 year old crafter just starting out with Cricut type products?
we are on a very limited budget suddenly (thanks to a ponzi scheme), and our lifestyle has changed dramatically! I appreciate any suggestions you may offer. Thank you, ~~kay~~
Paper crafts! They are fun and less expensive.
Hello...you look great....
Greg should build a new knife cap on his 3d printer machine
I’ve been cut by that hook more then anything else lol
Hi Jennifer, you shared another inspired project this evening thank you so much. Quick question.... at around 19.57 my eye fell on a beautiful light up heart cottage, so I tracked it down and downloaded it and plan to make it once I unbox my maker 3. It uses perforated lines but I would like to use score lines instead. Is this possible? ie : is it changeable in Design Space? If so, how?.....
Sometimes I make 2 svg files. One for perforated and 1 with score lines. In Design Space score lines need to be changed from cut to score and attached so the perforated svg is a simpler choice.
how do you started in sublimination?
It is an undertaking. Here is a tutorial for printers. jennifermaker.com/best-sublimation-printer/
Oh, man is there a draw-in cut like the print and cut? I want to make things for my daughter but she wants to color items and then have them cut out.
You daughter may love Infusible Ink pens! jennifermaker.com/cricut-infusible-ink/
@@JenniferMaker I’m trying to have the pen draw the outlines and then have it cut it out. She loves to color but wants to color the 3d items without them all cut. Is that possible?

I can't use the scoring tool everytime i put it in my machine and as soon as it starts to score it pops out, any suggestions?
Try to seat it so it clicks in, otherwise you may need to contact Cricut.
Did I win a prize or was I just scammed and do I have to pay shipping I’m ver confused and up sit with this situation
