Hey man! Thanks so much for your continued support! Always appreciate you! Yeah, I would say if you’re a lemon fan, this one would be a no brainer. It’s a shame it won’t be around anymore:(. Glad you also like the r41! Yeah, it’s awesome. It’s in my top five razors now. Love it. You have a great week as well my friend!
Thanks so much for watching Scott and for your continued support. Yeah, it's a shame. Crazy time to be a wetshaver with so many artisans coming and going. Hope you have a great day man!
Hi Lee! Thanks so much for watching and for your continued support. Appreciate you man. Yeah, I’m so glad I gave this razor the time it deserves. Now it’s in my top five of all time lol. Gotta love it. You enjoy your week as well man!
I like the R41 for the same reason. The aggressive razor makes short work cutting through the hairs. Nice shave Aaron! I never heard of this soap or company before. It’s crazy the amount of unique companies that are no longer in business.
Hi Rick! Thanks so much for watching! As well as your kind words! Appreciate you! Happy to hear you're also a fan of the r41. Yeah, couldn't agree more with you. I get the best shaves of my life with the r41, especially since my facial hair is super coarse. Incredible razor that I wish less people were afraid of. But I can see how an inexperienced shaver could wreck their face with it lol. Lather Bros was a tough loss. They had a unique Miami type theme to all their soaps. Lots of creativity that came out of their brand. Hope you have a great rest of your week!
That pana brush is always cute to look. I'm curious of that Take-Out Night food, maybe lamen? Mühle R41 razor looks good for your coarse beard. Nice shave Aaron & have a good day!
Hey Hoon! Thanks so much for watching and for the continued support! I love this panda brush, it's probably my favorite brush currently. Thanks again for using it and putting it on my radar! Yeah, not really sure what the food on the label is. My guess is Chinese Lo mein noodles with an herb on top. Bu the scent is just lemongrass and ginger mainly. The muhle r41 is now in my top five razors of all time, haha. I love how it shaves, even though it's quite aggressive. Hope you have a great day as well!
Hey Aaron, great shave as usual, I remember when Tim Soaps went out of business, he did the collaboration with the famous Busta shave (back in the day), great soap and I still have a puck, but I know the feeling. Anyway keep your fiance happy and get ready for that wedding that's coming up fast. Have a great day!
Yo brother, thanks so much for your continued support. Always appreciate you dude. Love the cologne stuff you have going on. I’ve never heard of Tim soaps or Busta shave. Guess that was before my time in the hobby lol. Sucks to hear it’s no longer with us though. It’s tough seeing soap makers go, but I guess that’s life for ya. And will do man! Thanks so much and hope you enjoy your week!
Hi Robert! Thanks so much for stopping by! Always appreciate your support and for being a great member of our community 👏. Thanks so much for the kind words! This lather was slippery indeed 😎. You have a great week as well my friend!!!
Nice shave Aaron. Yes I've heard a lot of artisans are falling by the wayside. So much competition out there must be hard to keep it going. The take-out container on the soap was the same container they put goldfish in at the 5 and dime stores in the 60's. You mention the Mojito. Similar to the Brazilian Caipirinha. Lived in Rio for many years and enjoyed a few of them. So the big day is 10/3 in Colorado. Very exciting. You handle that R41 like Phil Mickelson handles the pitching wedge. Well done.
Hey Doug! Thanks so much for your continued support and kind words my friend! Always appreciate you stopping by! Yeah, it’s a crazy time to be a wetshaver. Who knows how the artisan market will look in the near future. I do get nervous when I think about it, but I love seeing all the creativity behind the brands and scents nowadays. Ha, that’s funny about those containers. It’s crazy how so many people keep goldfish in such small containers and bowls. I always hated that trend. Thanks for the heads up, I’ll have to try me a caipirinha at some point then. Sounds awesome! Very excited about the big day! And thank you for your generous words. We cannot wait for it. Hope you have yourself a great day my friend!
Always look forward to your shaves, Aaron. Great content per usual. That jagger I got is working wonders. Been going through my sample blade set and have settled on shark or derby. Super pumped about this new hobby. Thanks man. Keep em coming
Hey man, thanks so much for your continued support and kind words! Really appreciate you man! Very glad to hear you’re enjoying the content, it encourages me to continue making more videos. Awesome that the Edwin jagger is working out for you. I love that thing, always gives a comfortable shave no matter what. I’ve only used those blades a few times, I’ll have to revisit them. I probably have some laying around in my cabinet somewhere. Love to see your passion, this is a wonderful hobby indeed with great people. Keep on shaving on brother 😎. Enjoy your weekend!
Great shave Aaron! I know the feeling on soap makers leaving. I wish I had bought more from Reef Point and Mickey Lee when they were still around. Bummer anytime a soap maker leaves.
Thanks so much for watching man! And I appreciate the kind words! Yeah, It’s always a bummer. It feels like artisans are popping up faster than hobbyist, so hopefully we don’t start seeing more leave the scene soon. I never tried any Mickey Lee or reef point, but it’s sad to hear they are gone. I’ve heard great things about their soaps though. Hope you have a great day man!
Hey Aaron, great shave and congrats on the engagement! I was able to snag Take Out Night soap and splash from Shave Shack Texas. They no longer have TON but they do have a couple other Lather Bros products.
Thanks so much for watching Billy! Appreciate the kind words very much! No kidding! Very glad to hear you were able to snag this soap set. It’s a nice uplifting scent for the summer, it’s good stuff. I hope you like how it smells as well. Yeah, I saw a few lather bros soaps still online here and there. Looks like they are going quickly. Hope you enjoy take out night man! And have a great week ahead!
Hi Scott! Thanks so much for watching and for your kind words man. I really appreciate that. And hearing things like that encourages me to continue making more content. Very happy to hear you enjoy it! Hope you have a great week ahead!
Awesome shave video Aaron. It's always sad seeing a loved Artisan close up shop, however, it is understandable as many of the smaller Artisans are part-time/hobby soap makers and many are one-man shows, so wouldn't take much "life" change to make them to go on a long break or even close up shop. I'm a big fan of Yaqi brushes and their quality knots, I have 7 Yaqi brushes and 5 other handles with Yaqi knots. I'm also a slow shaver and enjoy every minute of the process, isn't that how a Hobby shaver should be? we are not just shaving we are having a good "man" me-time!!! Have a great week brother!🤠
Hey Lawrie! Thanks so much for watching, and for your continued support on my channel. Always appreciate you my friend! Yeah, you bring up a good point. You’re right, a lot of the artisans are one man shows and hobbyist soap makers. So closing up shop is just something that happens when your operation is small. That’s very true, I forget that many soap makers are one man shows. Yeah, I always love seeing those yaqi brushes on your channel. You definitely helped put more of them on my radar, so thanks for that. They are so darn good, and the price is a steal. I’m happy you feel the same about the shave process. Exactly, this is time for us to escape and enjoy the experience of the shave. You have a great week as well!!
Thanks so much for watching Jake! Appreciate you man. Ahh nice, thanks for the heads up! Gotta love Murphy and mcneil. Plus they got that sweet free shipping :). Have a good day man!
Hey Aaron, How’s it going?! I miss Lather Bros. I had two of their scents, Everglades and Calle Ocho. It’s really sad to see them go. Great shave man, take care now!
Hey Ben! Thanks so much for watching and the kind words, I appreciate that. I’m happy to see you’re also a lather bros. fan. I think I recall you bringing up Calle ocho in a recent video. Sounds like a good one. Yeah, they were a tough one to see leave the Wetshave space. Really enjoyed their theme and originality. Such a bummer to see them go. But I wish them good luck with their future projects. Have a great weekend!!
Hey. Nice one Aaron. This scent sounds right up my alley 👍 I agree the efficiency level on this razor is crazy. Have a good rest of your week

Great shave Aaron. It is sad that so many have quit making soap.
Thanks so much for watching Scott and for your continued support. Yeah, it's a shame. Crazy time to be a wetshaver with so many artisans coming and going. Hope you have a great day man!
Great shave Aaron. Looks like the R41 is serving you well. Not even a nick. Good job. Have a nice week. Take care.
