I’m amazed at how big it is inside. It’s like a Polo, spacious lol. Interior looks very regular VW like too. I’m amazed. First time I’ve seen the interior. I’ve seen the Amarok before, but now I know it’s like a polo inside.
Is it just me, but why have they not improved the load bay lashing points on this? I have a 2012 Amarok and the 2 lashing points at the front are a pain in the ass. They should be at the sides close to the front instead of right at the front.....
Hey Juliet i take it Bakky is your word Ute ? in Australia we call it a Ute, like your style of presenting , I have the V6 2018 highline and would'nt have anthing else now. Cheers. Ian Jury.
Hi Juliet I just found your RUclips Channel today and I like the way you test and report .and you are very pretty to.I have been looking at Arctic Truck vehicles .They are way cool .Now they have a division in South Africa have you tested one of their vehicles or do you pan to in the future?
Juliet, I think the boob test is a great idea. It could be your signature move. I don't know if that jumper is the best item of clothing to wear for it, though...
The Amarok has always been a beautiful ute, however the lack of rear airbags is a complete deal-breaker. A really close friend of mine's dad was looking at purchasing one, and I refused to let him do it. I won't have my close friend's 9 year old brother in the back without necessary and essential safety systems. I won't let them run that risk :/
Totally agree Ben took it for a test drive quite liked it and the full time 4x4 but walked away when I found out it had no rear air bags, brought the Toyota Hilux and have had it for about 4 months and love it. Yep parking can be a problem but I live in the small town away from the city so its not so bad :-)

Hi Adrian, thank you for your comment. Nope, I have not tested any Arctic trucks. Only passenger cars for me :)
Hey Juliet can you review the upgraded Amarok V6 when it comes out this year. Thanks.
Definitely!!!!!
Cheers Juliet, looking forward to that review and the Touareg review. Thanks and greetings from F1J1.

Me too cant believe its 2017 and no rear air bags in the Amarok, its a really nice 4x4 to drive just missing some safety additions.
Boo hoo
We grew up in cars with no airbags. Worked out ok 🤷♂️
And you know!! A Grudge to me, is simply a place where you Pork your Corrrrr.
Too bad we don't sell these in the US. All because of the Chicken Tax.
