Not only did they have plenty of models wanting the job but when they decided to do the same theme a year later for "Simply Irresistible" all of the original ladies came back to do it.
I saw him live in the late 70s. I remember he apologized to the audience for not dressing "more appropriately". His luggage was lost at the airport and he performed in jeans and sweater. Still a memorable show!

I love his 1980 hit Johnny And Mary it was sort of new wave-ish sounding and it's the song that got me following the new wave music bands back in the day.🙂
