- Jesus Christ has overcome unfairness for us all. Elder Dale G. Renlund, a member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles shares his testimony of Jesus Christ and how His Atonement "absorbed" unfairness for all.
Some unfairness cannot be explained. Unfairness comes from living with bodies that are imperfect, injured, or diseased. Some people are born in affluence; others are not. Some have loving parents; others do not. Some live many years; others, few. My heart aches for those who face such unfairness, but I declare with all my aching heart that Jesus Christ both understands unfairness and has the power to provide a remedy. Nothing compares to the unfairness He endured. It was not fair that He experienced all the pains and afflictions of mankind. It was not fair that He suffered for my sins and mistakes and for yours. But He chose to do so because of His love for us and for Heavenly Father. He understands perfectly what we are experiencing. Because Jesus Christ endured the infinite atoning sacrifice, He empathizes perfectly with us. He is always aware of us and our circumstances. In the eternities, Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ will resolve all unfairness. In unfair situations, one of our tasks is to trust that “all that is unfair about life can be made right through the Atonement of Jesus Christ.” Jesus Christ overcame the world and “absorbed” all unfairness. Because of Him, we can have peace in this world and be of good cheer. If we let Him, Jesus Christ will consecrate the unfairness for our gain. He will not just console us and restore what was lost; He will use the unfairness for our benefit. I testify that the Savior lives. He understands unfairness. The marks in the palms of His hands continually remind Him of you and your circumstances. He ministers to you in all your distress. For those who come unto Him, joy and gladness will replace grief and sorrow. All unfairness will be consecrated for your gain. All unfairness will be consecrated for your gain. I so testify in the name of Jesus Christ, amen. #BecauseofHim

I cry at the thought of hugging my Savior and thanking Him for His sacrifice. I do not deserve it in this mortal state, but I will keep working to be deserving of it someday.
None of us deserve it, nor will we ever. That’s the point :)

@@NsTheName After the RS Broadcast we could bare testimony and in mine I talked about thoughts I had outside and after attending a session at the temple " the Savior has always been with me but I miss hearing His voice and seeing His face" the sun is so bright right now. I feel like I am just short of seeing those angels and Him coming down

That's why I rejoice in knowing that the Savior gave His Life because of His divine Love and Grace. I believe that when we accept His Atonement, repent daily and follow Him by keeping His commandments, we already are 'deserving', because He made it so. 🤗💞🙏

You can. I had the hardest heart. It was black. I left the gospel & felt angry all the time. I was so completely unfair to God. Even though I turned my back on his teachings. He never turned his on me. I would suggest to read your scriptures daily, pray daily. Tell him everything you feel, what’s hurting you, everything. Scream if you need. Ask him to help you to change your heart & gain that testimony of rebirth where you never want to sin again. Then everyday read & pray. Keep doing this, never give up. Satan will be there trying to get you back in his loop of misery. Satan will bring back to you your past, he will lie to you & say you can’t do this. It’s to hard. Just focus on God. On his words & your prayers. You will heal. He will take away all the pain. I didn’t think at the time I was going to have the strength to do as he asked. I doubt I did. But he imparts that strength, he imparts to you whatever you need. ❤
I have felt the same change of heart that King Benjamin's people did. It comes dismissing everyone except for God, and being willing to give up everything you might currently believe for complete loyalty and trust in Jesus. To always act to your best understanding of what Jesus would do in your shoes.
It does not last forever, and it requires constant re-evaluation, but it is a lovely and beautiful gift to be one with Christ.

I've been a paraplegic in a wheelchair now for 32 year's . I've asked myself and the Lord many times why I have to have the pains that I have, physically and mentally. I pray I can make it to the end.
I have also been mad at God for my mental and physical ailments. Its so hard ❤
Just want to say that I’m sorry and I love you both and I understand. Thank you for enduring with me. I’ve had a horrible joint disease all of my life, cancer, and my wife left me because of it. Others may never understand, and all we can do is keep going. At least we have each other.
You all can make it, christ made it possible. No matter what you face you do not have to endure it alone. Thank you for being brave. Keep having faith, you can do this.
So many do not believe in God, because of the pain and unfairness we can suffer. But through Jesus Christ the Redeemer, all can be healed! And all pain and suffering will end.
I have found throughout my life that unfairness is an illusion. It is a test we all need to pass, accept, and overcome. Try to think like our Savior. Accept all the lessons we are given, and be grateful you overcome and master those sweet lessons of absolute glory toward the Lord.

I was thinking of a little 5 age boy who does not have his father near due to separation. My heart aches for that boy but this video gave me hope that someday he will find heal and peace through the atonement of Jesus Christ who can absorb that unfairness.

the true unfairness is to willing to do ourself to others even they dont believe it miracle in their life . Jesus christ our savior he give life and lighten our burden to take all the pain out of un happiness things in this world 🌎.
Sometimes we can be the Savior's hand as we try to bring more fairness into the world.
I love this. No wonder why the apostle John wept the way he says he did in Revelation 5:4 when he saw that no one was able to open the book that was sealed. Had Jesus Christ not prevailed to open that book, there would be no consolation or hope in the face of life's unfairness and injustices, only despair. In fact, I don't think that our Father would have sent us here had the Lord Jesus not prevailed over all things because I for one do not believe that I could bear living this life without the hope, healing and peace that He has made possible. I am so grateful to the Lord Jesus Christ for making these things possible for us.
Sometimes due to hard situations we'll doubt that he's there are not and a thought to leave him but his hand was always with us helping us through holyghost to remember that he is there and he will see all things that are unfaired, relying on him will make us free from our burdens, and praying will really gave us hope to smile, comfort to rely on, strength to move on, i know that he's really there and seeing me with a hope that i can overcome this wordly stuff through him.
