Take Up Our Crosses and Follow Him

- “As we take up our crosses and follow Him, it would be tragic indeed if the weight of our challenges did not make us more empathetic for and attentive to the burdens being carried by others. It is one of the most powerful paradoxes of the Crucifixion that the arms of the Savior were stretched wide open and then nailed there, unwittingly but accurately portraying that every man, woman, and child in the entire human family is not only welcome but also invited into His redeeming, exalting embrace.” -Elder Jeffrey R. Holland (General Conference Oct. 2022)

Wow Jesus thank you for watching me and following me in this sinful fallen world❤
Amen
Helping others can bring us closer to Jesus. We love you.
May we help others with the burdens they carry, as Christ takes upon Him the weight of all shortcomings and errors of man. ❤❤❤
Amen.
Nailed there surely and securely because His arms are always there to receive all who will come unto Him!
Press forward thru trials with a brightness of Hope. ….. & smile you are enduring well
I'm grateful for His perfect love for us and perfect obedience to Father.
Jesus Christ is our perfect example, and His hand is ALWAYS there for us to take... It's up to us to lay our pride aside and TAKE it.

All have sinned and fallen short but all can return and I mean all can return to our God through the savior. I testify he lives and loves us. And we will live one day as well after our mortal death. We will put on immortality and walk with Jesus in our flesh, and spend eternity with our family’s. Gods plan is so beautiful. I love my savior.

Love to you ❤️ 📖🙏
Elder Holland certainly always does have such a descriptive way with words. Something about his voice combined with the words just stick in your heart and grow home there. They may pierce your soul, but they also comfort and give peace to your soul as well. As my son likes to say "Elder Holland gives machete love talks ~ first he machetes you at the knees and then he lets you know that while you're down there its a good time to commune with God, and then he lovingly helps you to do so." I have always loved listening to Elder Holland's talks!
