Forreal the band is just musical genius, they don’t have a single song that’s anything less than great. Stone’s reach and of breathe and bone are true masterpieces and vessels is great too. Hey, thanks for the Be'lakor reaction video! This is Steve (piano/synths) from Be'lakor. Secludja is my side-project. If you're ever interested in doing a Secludja reaction video, that would be really cool. It's not metal, but interested to see what you think! Cheers again! \m/
Seriously when I saw a Be’lakor video from him I just got a big smile on my face, one of the best bands in the world regardless of genre. The bands ability as a whole as songwriters is just truly special.
Finally the best melodeath band has arrived! All their songs are amazing, but I'd recommend Countless Skies, From Scythe to Sceptre, Remnants, In Parting, Neither Shape Nor Shadow, or A Natural Apostasy for a deeper dive.

You're right about this song being a journey. In fact it's the end of a concept album's story journey. You nailed it when you acknowledged that within the composition. Thanks for bringing this song to us. It might not be their best one, but for sure one of the better ones. Glad you enjoyed it. Take care.

One of my all time favourite tracks. I'm not "musically inclined" and do not understand the nuances of timings and keys from a technical perspective, but it's interesting to hear you pick out and describe exactly those moments which are most impactful from a musical stand point and how it matches with the emotional response I get as a consumer. It is also interesting that you mention how the growls have their own place in the mix - quite often when listening to music that I like, I realise that I am not really hearing the growling or the lyrics. This was the first video I've seen from you and it's SUPER rad that you gave Be'lakor a try!
You should check out another great Australian metal band called Ne Obliviscaris (if you haven't already) they are definitely worthy of your 'decomposition' videos.
Nice. Open minded on sources of newer musicians. I'm excited.
Never heard of the band before until my buddy recommended them to me last week, now there's a Geebz reaction! Awesome!
Thanks for introducing a new band Geebz!
If youre looking to do some not-so-popular bands, I highly recommend you dig into The Meaning Of from Western Australia. I would recommend either 'flow' or 'doing life' from their first album, or 'Alive' from their latest.
Have a ripper day mate!
Very smart music, they are undeniably talented without a doubt
I REQUESTED THIS AFTER MAKING A DONATION and now I am complete.
So happy you got around to this band! Please do An Ember's Arc by them in the future if you get around to it
I got into Be'lakor through their "Stone's Reach" album. They have a great feel/vibe through their music and I can't wait to hear what they've been working on lately!
Here's a band to add to your list that is great both musically and visually: Imminence - Temptation; probably one of their heaviest songs in a while for their genre.
Loved it! Another great band discovered through your channel. Riiiight down my alley. Keep going brother! Once again I humbly suggest Eldrim - Tru.
Omg, years of listening to this band. Im so happy :)
