The City of Highland Park Police Department has teamed up with the City of Lake Forest and the Village of Northbrook to encourage residents throughout the North Shore to follow the #9PMRoutine to secure your vehicle and prevent burglaries and thefts, especially during the holiday season. Most stolen vehicles in the North Shore area are the result of vehicles left unlocked, and keys left in or near the vehicle.
