Hello, it looks like the track for Stage 2 was composed by Keisuke Hayase, otherwise known as "HAGANE" or "steel plus". That guy composed the OST for "One Step From Eden" as well as additional music for "CrossCode".
How nice to hear his music again! 😄♥

Technically, you're not wrong per se. "Rouge" refers to the colour, "red", which is generally the Player 1 character colour of the Raiden video games.
However, the correct spelling is "rogue", my friend. 😅

An omnidirectional Raiden where it's like Vampire Survivor and FRAXY combined, eh? Not bad. But considering that this genre is already oversaturated, I'd say it's a bold move but still welcomed anyway.
