Sir.... is it good to do nitric oxide dump exercises three times a day for a diabetic person?

Does this apply to PCOS? I’ve been told PCOS is when the body doesn’t respond to insulin and creates more to overcompensate, which can lead to excess androgens and ‘male’ hormones being produced and results in excess hair growth, acne and so on. Would increased exercise help with PCOS insulin resistance too? :)

Hi there, in short, yes it does. Your comment is so important, that I will release a new video about exercise and PCOS in March.
