I also listen to Godsmack everyday. Sully pours his heart and soul into every song. We hear it with each song from Godsmack. He goes balls out time and time again. His solo work is nothing short of amazing. It is in no way anything that would resemble Godsmack, but it still has the same intensity. Instead of screaming his head off, he sings the lyrics with a deep passion that anyone can feel. I would say that Sully alone most definitely feels right. I just don't want him to go solo for good.

I witnessed Avalon on June 5th in Homestead PA. Broken Road turned me on to it but 7 Years tuned me straight into it, Sully's done something wonderful with this album.
It was hard for me to pick a favorite off the album Avalon, but this song takes it. It's incredible. Sully really did a FANTASTIC job on this album, by far one of the greatest albums I've heard in a LONG time.
It's amazing to listen to the frontman for Godsmack sit down and open himself up with such beautiful, dark, haunting music and introspective, poetic lyrics. It's like this is a catharsis for him; I know it is for me.
