I first heard this song when I was in middle school. It still puts me in a different plane. I have never felt so at peace listening to an album before. Avalon still hits me as hard now as it did back then. Growing up listening to Godsmack & Sully's solo work is such an awesome thing. Very thankful for my parents giving me a good taste in music.

This is quite amazing. I'm an 18 year old girl and I grew up with this kind of music around the house. Metallica, Godsmack, Megadeath, and a bunch of others. This is real music, this has real soul put into it. At a metal/rock concert I am at my most vunerable because I get lost in the music and I let out all my emotions to cleanse my soul. I know that sounds a bit weird/creepy but that's how I am :)

I was fortunate to have met Lisa a couple of years ago at a small venue concert at a local bar in Portsmouth, NH. Such a beautiful lady inside and out. Took a few minutes to talk and take a selfie with me. The following fall I got to see Godsmack and they were incredible live. Front row seats Only thing between me and the band was a guard rail and security. Probably the best year in my life, after one of my worse.

This is quite amazing. I'm an 18 year old girl and I grew up with this kind of music around the house. Metallica, Godsmack, Megadeath, and a bunch of others. This is real music, this has real soul put into it. At a metal/rock concert I am at my most vunerable because I get lost in the music and I let out all my emotions to cleanse my soul. I know that sounds a bit weird/creepy but that's how I am :)

I was fortunate to have met Lisa a couple of years ago at a small venue concert at a local bar in Portsmouth, NH. Such a beautiful lady inside and out. Took a few minutes to talk and take a selfie with me. The following fall I got to see Godsmack and they were incredible live. Front row seats Only thing between me and the band was a guard rail and security. Probably the best year in my life, after one of my worse.

Sully never disappoint saw him with a few members of this band a few years ago in upstate NY at Turning Stone Resort& Casino...have to say both show were the most influential nights I've ever witnessed when it came to a concert! cant wait to finally meet the man whose music got me through some very difficult times, Godsmack fan for life!!!

Last went to Pepsi center in Denver, the best, my sons birthday 31 of July. All , would like to say , when Sully smiles 😃 his eyes are Smiles. When he is singing- the vessels on his neck popped. Love story about Sully and Shannon Larkin drinking wine and jumping to swimming pool from the roof. Love you guys all.

Ekaterina So I've had a few to drink this early morning, and can quite clearly see this comment has a bit of age, but I CAN say this... Music is not bound by time itself. If an artist or song speaks to you, it is going to for eternity. It left a permanent mark on you for all of time. If a path of music strikes you as such, then clearly it is meant for you. Listen to it whenever you need it... Or even when it might need you to listen to IT.
I love Sully's work, both Godsmack and his own sound... But his own personal work is so deep holy fuck, I can feel it. But maybe that is the 8 various bottles of Stone Brewery talking. Lol. Idk, I just wanna meet this man in real life, buy him a few rounds, and just straight bullshit and talk about whatever. Anywho, I'll take my rambling self elsewhere.
