Hi Dan, thanks for the nice comment, next episodes out this week, its a forgotten soi, but already another empty building by the bar has been taken, this could be a brilliant little Soi
Nice to follow this project. It will hopefully turn out well and Pim can open at some stage before too long. Looks a bit like a Soi that time forgot but hopefully her past customers will not!
Hi Darryl, I think this little soi will fill up very quickly once this covid is done. Pim has got a big data base of friends. she tells me she has a good cashier/manageress lined up, thats what she needs, so she can focus on her established customers, and the cashier can run the day to day stuff.
Thanks for this series! Even before the madness I was plotting a move there. As I enjoy the chaotic nightlife of the place my plan was to look for a management spot , this series has me reconsidering and maybe, as I have heard it said, "Buy Myself a Job." Good to see it can be done with a reasonable budget. Thanks again. I cannot wait to return for a fact finding mission. Best of luck to you and all on the ground. Here is to the great reopening!
Hi Dino, its a mad place to work or have a business, and these are still uncertain times, right now the whole licencing process is a mess, everyone pulling their hair out! i would be very happy to catch up and chat when you are in town.
@@divebar6052 I can imagine the whirlwind with all this going on! I am keeping tabs and hope it stabilizes soon! I will be sure to drop by The Dive when I get back. Looking at February. Will also stop by and see Pims new place.
JUst saw your other comment on notifications, you say the old landlord is bad for costing Pim 6000 for painting. Before that they wanted 80,000 in back rent for the covid period !!!!!( her rent was 35000 a month) She politely said , no chance, , you kicked me out !
Very honest and interesting series. I never knew that little Soi existed. It will be forever know as Soi Epic. Cheers.
