There’s Inkscape that would be the most user friendly and I believe it’s free (not too sure) the programs I highly recommend are Wilcom Hatch 3 which offers a free 30 day trial very hands on program and beginner friendly which also has a payment plan. If you have money I would recommend Wilcom e4 but it’s a bit on the higher end and not really user friendly! Otherwise if you’re starting out your business and don’t know how to digitize I would recommend outsourcing files or finding a digitizer! Of course it would be economical to learn yourself, it’s a great too in your inventory to have!
