Can you play racing games on the psvr 2? Say for example, F1 but with simracing gear
GT7 has full PSVR2 Support
This and Gran Turismo ...wishlist completed
Free GT7 VR upgrade has got to be an even bigger system seller than Horizon Call of the Mountain -- though, Horizon is the more exciting one of the two for me, personally. Very cool!!
Finally got one today for Black Friday
Devs need to make use of this technology. Once they get to adapt to this tech well, it will be insane
we cant. you have to work for sony to make a game for the console. if you inport a game to a factory PlayStation it wont run. every other headset can play your game in steam vr over the xr framework. psvr dosnt surport it.
Let's hope we will see support for 3d movies as well.
every vr headset can play 3d movies.
Think I'll pick this up when there are more games put for it.
30 plus at launch.
Same
having to rebuy all my PSVR games just to play them on the PSVR2 is a huge no go for me. they shoulda done free upgrades, no different from upgrading from PS4 to PS5 versions of games. even a $10 upgrade charge would be better than having to buy the games again at full price.
It's all up to the developers of the game, not Sony. They didn't mention it in this video, but some devs are actually allowing free upgrades for their games.
now if only it would also become compatible to use on pc/steam - then I'd buy immediately.
Lack of games gripe a little disingenuous given full versions of GT7, No Man's Sky & Resi Evil 8 will be available at launch.
Would make sense to release it once it’s got at least 10 decent titles to coincide with it
can't afford it but the reviews are nice to watch
Give it 18 months and the price will come down, plus you then have the option of buying used.
Get your bag together! 😅
Nice Video! I'll be posting some clips from the new VR2 soon! Excited to test it out.
Already preordered✅
Pre ordered yesterday got the horizon vr bundle.
Can't wait for mine to arrive!
There is a game called Pistol Whip its like dodging bullets à la Matrix and shooting guns à la John Wick on steroids while having an acid trip while really really being there. The experience is at least in par with GT7 probably wins in pure fun VR experience.
