I worked at a call center and this is 100% accurate. We do this alot with people who called with a fucked up attitude lol 😆
When I have a problem I'll always ask for their name and address them as people. Say I know it's not your fault and I'm sure you have rude customers.dude... I always get helped right away and with giggles from women and thanks from dudes. Just be nice.
With that being said Diego is a ass but I love it
