If you dont want piracy you need to provide better. 2:37 thats the point id u need to pay to even get into it u would think like ah duck i paid it something anyway and that makes you rise your expectations higher than normal. Which makes you dont go buy merchs and stuff. If u get to learn about it for free then u will be more into it easily.

How many of you have seen Fuuka? How many of you have seen How her parents got together? You won't find Suzaku on crunchyroll. Go ask the Jolly Roger

For almost 20 years, one thing I am certain of is that the seven seas are not going away. My evidence is History.

i'm not going to watch anime through reactions 😅
If a reactor introduces me to an interesting anime i'm first going to watch it and then go back to the reaction.
There is also the fact that i would never have bought novels (ReZero, BGS, 86..ecc) if i wasn't introduced to anime by such sites

I've always said and i always will say: piracy is not an issue of money, its an issue of service. And not just anime but everything.
All those companies wanting to fight against piracy need to study why piracy actually exists in the first place.

I almost had a heart attack when he flashed the cat site on screen (almost broke the cardinal rule).

Most people don't want to spend money to anime because of bad services, unless japan make their own with decent services its not gonna end

The real one is still down breh
They still do their own anime awards, but they would never revive their site as they stated that they have nothing they can do to revive the site

I might be the only person in the comment section who watched VHS fansubs and had a go to guy in school who had the hookup for a price. The 90's were a weird time for anime fans.

100%...I wouldn't watch certain anime if I didn't catch a RUclips reaction or review of it. I especially won't watch anything I perceive as shonen because I hate the stupid fights that go on and on and on for episodes, always with lots of yelling and a ridiculous name for every move. But...if you can convince me that there's a great story, character development and dialogue, I may actually be interested.
That said, I do pay for my Crunchroll Premium subscription and I used to pay for HiDive (when they actually had decent content). It may not actually benefit studios or streaming services if I pick up a new anime or two once in a while. I would love to give more money to the studios though - and if they made the anime available with good English subtitles on their website, I'd probably be willing to pay the studio directly for certain anime. Not saying this is the ultimate solution but it is maybe a step in the right direction.

I hate living in the West would rather live in Japan in my next life to watch Japanese anime because I get sick and tired of Japanese anime and manga censorship because of Sony and visa master credit card company it’s just sad they also own Funimation and Crunchyroll and they remove the adult anime for censorship it’s just horrible it makes me pissed and makes me furious

exactly bro...its not fair how we should stream anime when its not even legally available properly i mean season 1 is there but no sequels. also max animes are missing./..dumb services they are ..piracy is our only solution bro. if they make 100 percent anime in one platform roof i am willing to pay fairly. but its never gonna happen in this greedy ass platforms tho. hope Luffy comes as a savior
