The Colonial Forge High School Encore which is mixed show choir sang that song at Disney Pop concert two months ago.
Slow down the beginning. The speed at the start totally kills the mood and gives the tempo nowhere to grow to :/
interesting outlook...i cant discredit anything you said but instead of looking at it as a progression think of it as a seamless transition.....its actually pretty good if you take the opportunity to adjust.

Other than that, I think it's one of the most awesome arrangements of this song.

What is that synth at the beginning supposed to be? Doesn't fit the song at all. And no piano at the beginning? Or guitar anywhere? Brass and woodwinds are fine to have but piano and guitar is a massive part of Queen. Even when the piano does come in it's just playing some chords instead of following the lead.
